Rene Simpson opened First Assist Financial after being shut down under a different name after so many people complained the San Diego District Attorney. I had given her money after she guaranteed she could get me a loan modification. Well, here is it 3 months later and I have been evicted from my house. After numerous times of trying to contact her, she has her "assistant" call to to say they did the best they could. I purchased a Sears dishwasher approx. 2 years ago. I also purchased a 5 year Master Protection Agreement along with the dishwasher. I am moving and no longer in need of the extended warranty. They are the worst online mental health care directory to work with. They did the worst biography for me on there site and they double charged my credit card every month. Wow. I call to have them give me a quote and for having them come out I would receive a $100 gift Walmart Card. Before I could get the card my wife and I had to give both of our SS# they told me it was to varify that I owned my home (that was a lie it was to run my credit without my permission). I went to a place called Ambrosia Medical Spa to have a some basic treatments done on my face to make my skin look and feel refreshed. During the visit I was talked into doing a skin peel on my chest as well and was told unequivocally that it would completely smooth out any imperfections in my skin. My cat was given a dose of 1ml of Metacam by *** of Studio City Ca. The med is ONLY for dogs, if it is to be used on cats "OFF LABEL" the dose he gave is almost 5X too strong. She took it for 6 full days and then died. I sent her remains out for a necropsy at ANTEC labs. Tests show this overdose was "likely cause" of death. This summer I checked into the Wingate hotel in Allentown, Pa with my daughter. I booked through expedia on the phone. I brought up our luggage with the luggage cart, went out and when I returned had more things to bring to the room, which I was planning to stay in for three days. Our room rate was quoted at $71 per night when we were charged $79.00 per night upon departure. The manager Kerry refused to adjust the bill. Upon further research we found out that the person who booked our room was fired the week before for not giving customers the correct room rates. Instead of adjusting the room rate to make good on the fired persons quote the manager ignored our complaint. Fleetwood homes has a problem, and I really can't understand why you would continue to allow what I see as just plain poor quality control to affect your reputation.
