I bought a 2300 Chatom and Wells mattress from Sit and Sleep with a Mattress pad that would guarantee the mattress from any stains. The mattress has sunken in over the five years and I called for the warranty inspection to have it taken care of. I couldn't agree more with what others have already written. I was extremely disappointed in the product. It looks as if someone photocopied a manual from the 1970's and the audio files are also a terrible quality. Actually the date on the cover page is 1967. A lady that I know went to Shanghi in Wilkesboro in front of Wal-Mart and while she and another lady were being seated the waitress stepped on something in the floor. The installer put my dish on my roof on 5/28 and wired the house. I did not know I had to have my computer physically there so did not. The installer said I could just call him and he'd walk me through setting it up once the computer was there. A week later it was. The previous owner had foundation of my house was repaired 3 and a half years ago by Allied. When I purchased the house, I received the transferable warranty. I had a technician come to my house to look at some small interior cracks. Unfortunately, after he came we noticed a much bigger problem. In my subdivision, the houses are built on the side property line. So to see the east side of my house, I have to go into my neighbors backyard. Car was taken to 196 Hillside service, inc for a replacement battery. Battery was installed, but battery light came on . Was told that the alternator was not working, that I need to change the alternator. I took it to another shop, and was told that the alternator was damaged internally. They claimed it was not in the store and they would charge my account for the full movie and restocking fee. We were put under pressure at a presentation that was to take place for 90 minutes... Which ended up to be 3 hours. When we stated NO The closer came in to present a "Try me" for $900, 6 nights at one of their resorts... We thought we had nothing to loose... but found out when we got back home... I had a privacy fence put up in 2004. Since it has been up, the wooden fence doors have fallen part. I called the first time about it, it took about 2 months for someone to come out and fix them. Within two weeks, they fell apart again. I called equity again, and my calls never got returned until I threatened legal counsel. Someone finally came out again. Within a month, the fence doors were falling apart again! Since then I have been calling them since September of 2006, and Mr. Fluharty keeps telling me that he will send someone out to fix the doors. No one never shows up.
