My insurance finance company uses express-pay.com to take online payments. If you wish to pay by check, you must enter the routing number and then the account number (which is normal) To ensure you make no mistakes, you must enter the info again.
I pay 98% of my bills online so I am used to this procedure. However, this time express-pay or myself made a mistake and the payment was not made and I have now been charged $15.00 for a return check fee and $10.00 for a late payment fee. I called within the month to cancel.
I told them they didn't work for me.

This company falsely advertised their items for sell and if purchased when the items would ship. They have set up fake websites luring people in with hard to find items. They will (and have) take your money and send you nothing.

I have been dealing with Aaron's since 2003 when I leased a big screen TV from the store in Poughkeepsie, NY. I relocated back to Georgia in 2005 and have since opened accounts in the Conyers and Stockbridge locations. My girlfriend took her car (2001 civic) to these idiots hoping to have it repaired and Dan cicetti the thieving service guy told her the car was junk and that she should call some junkyards to see what they would offer her. They charged her 100.00 to tell her that the car needed a rebuilt motor and would not tell her exactly why and they wanted to charge 4200.00 for the service. She had the car towed to a private mechanic and it tuned out to be the fuel pump and the repair was less than $300.00. I have been using Propay for about a year but today was an eye opener!
I sold an item on eBay for 499.00, the buyer paid with CC via Propay. The buyer asked to return the item and I agreed. After he returned it to me I issued almost a full refund (minus shipping).
Now here is the issue, Propay charged me $16.60 for the $499 transaction. But did not refund any of the fees once the refund was given PLUS added .35 cents fee. I then used the online and here is the conversation...

It indicates there is information on the database regarding police records for that person; however, you can only access it if you are a member. Subsequently, if you really want that information you decide to become a member and pay the one time fee for unlimited access to information.

Approximately 3:15 am Jan 1 2007 myself and a few friends arrived at Five. Upon arrival there was already drama a customer was crying and cursing because she could not get her jacket.
This was sign to turn around and leave, unfortunately we did not.

When I called today (01-02-07), they are telling me that they have until 01/09/07 because their contract with the post office is for 15 business days, not the 7-10 days that they advertise. I ordered 2 ink jet cartridges from them. They did not fit so I returned them according to their policy. I e-mailed at least 14 times, sent fax and called repeatably. Today after 5 1/2 months they said they credited me, but there is no credit on my credit card. Their answer was "well we did and there is nothing we can do about it now" My credit card company is now dealing with them. Your points or week are gone never to be used again and you have lost your money. Customer no-service says they are sorry but there is nothing they can do. iGavel is the worst auction service ever. They are incompetent and liars. To start of with, they left the package containing the items I sent to them to be auctioned sitting at the post office for an entire month before finally getting up off of their lazy butts and claiming it.

To those who are going on and on about Reliance's offer to double the talktime, in response to Airtel's amazingly low rates, here's a word of caution: After signing up with them, I could learn that the new rates and everything was a big sham. They don't give you double the talk time, they just add a few complementary minutes. The advertising is fraudulent!!!

How about this... My loan was transferred over from Wells Fargo to this American Servicing Company and after several attempts to get this straightened out, I am still having no luck with them. My taxes are escrowed into my mortgage loan and being paid but American Servicing Company for Wells Fargo does not pay the taxes at all! I have two General Electric Profile Built in Ovens. They are less than 4 years old and have begun turning their interior lights off and on by themselves. One is not working at all and the other varies. They both give an error message of F7. I did some research on google and discovered others have the same problem.
