Hi, this is to bring notice that recently Airtel has some promotional offers called sms pack. I was surprised to see that Rs29 got deducted one fine day from my prepaid account though i never subscribed. When I called up the customer care, I was told that I had subsribed. I have taken a Corporate Invidual connection (AES249)during May'06 thro' Airtel agency M/s Mardha telecom, Bangalore by Mr.Saleem & Mr.Asgar. They informed me that there will not be any activiation charges for national roaming (Rs.49). J.P. Electronics Dahisar East Mumbai has delivered us incomplete consignment of the grill type microwave oven;19 litre capacity( model 369)even after making him full payment; in the last week of Oct.2006.There was no glass plate on the turn tableafter opening the sealed package. The fact is immediately reported in writting to the dealer as well as to LG electronics India. On 9/2/06, I bought a Panasonic Lumix digital camera from Circuit City. 23 days later it was buzzing loudly and would not focus correctly. I took it to Circuit City that day, but they refused to even consider helping as it was after the 14 day cut-off. I called Panasonic, they said I would have to have it repaired under warranty. It is with regards to airtel prepaid connection that i have (9818783505) in delhi region. Yesterday all incoming were blocked without any reason (but outgoing was functional as it will fetch them money) Customer care center was not functional. Vijay Sales had a One-Day offer of a LG LCD Screen for 619990/- only. What a drop from 74000/-! But, obviously, we grabbed it after being much convinced by the smart VS. We had purchased a few jewelery items from Bheema jewelers for a wedding, only to find out later that all the items were fraudulent. The gold bracelet was completely brittle and broke off, the ruby ear rings broke off and was not wearable at all. When approached, they agreed it was their mistake but completely failed to give service. More shocking was their attitude to say that they would charge us a huge amount extra for repairs. My son went to visit his grandfather, who is ill to Thane from Vasai, a distance of around 40 k.m. I had given my 4 month old Nokia handset/ 6270 to Nokia Care after some compalints as the phone very frequently would hang. The Nokia care people kept the phone for 20 days and even after returning back, it is not working. Also, they have so carelessly handled the phone that I just cant use it.
