We purchased two full fare rountrip tickets at the Trailways website. The tickets said non-refundable. We could not take the trip and wanted to use the same tickets a couple of weeks later. Despite the fact that the price of the tickets are EXACTLY the same as if we had bought them in person, the company refused to provide a credit or exchange. Before placing my order I contacted their live customer service and specifically asked if the item was available for immediately delivery and was told yes. I contacted technical support of Kaspersky and had them check the license that was sold to me and they gave me the information above. Please do NOT buy any Ugg boots from buybootsnow. It is a complete scam. Both my sister and I bought boots from this place and they are 100% fake. We tried to send them back with no reply. They came from China with no box and no authenticity card. I have real Uggs and the bottom doesn't even match. They also smelled awful. The first mistake was paying with Paypal.
