My 2007 Honda civic Hybrid's (whose advertised MPG is 50) Miles per gallon has fallen from 46 mpg to 36 mpg after the first 2 years. I am enrolled in Honda care warranty contract # V003022051, but they are refusing to cover the cost of diagnosing the problem. HIs sister/affiliate company, Yellow Brick Financial is currently open, however they do not respond to my requests for a refund. CalFinder, at first seems like a decent lead generation company and makes a great pitch about the benefits of working with them. However upon more in depth conversation, I found their sales staff to be quite condescending and rude. The sales call was fine so long as there were no questions being asked or the right questions.
