Cymax
September 5, 2008
Do not buy from these people- they are the worst, most unprofessional company I have ever done business with. I purchased a large desk from "Computer Desks and More, " one of the many internet companies they do business under (probably so that no one associates that business with all of the numerous complaints about Cymax.) I paid for the "white glove" delivery service. The desk arrived badly damaged. I documented everything in the manner Cymax asked, right on the delivery receipt. The company told me that they might be able to... read full review »

Weight Watchers
May 15, 2007
I joined Weight Watchers under the Tenn Care partner's Program. It's funny how I was able to speak with a live person to join, but now they say my only option is to leave a message for them to call me back to cancel, yet they never do! They tell me I cannot speak to anyone about canceling, that this department that only takes messages, is my only choice! I also had a complaint about how I was treated on the phone, as well as at my first meeting, but as you may guess, there is no one willing to take my call about that either! Beware! read full review »

My husband checked in to the Econolodge 1/3/2009 at 9:30 pm checked out the next a.m at 5:30. We received 2 seperate charges on the 3rd and again on the 8th. The desk clerk who can barely manage English can not find us in the computer when she finally does says yes, yes you stay 2 nights. I say don't be silly of course we didn't an error has been made, now I'm still fully expecting my refund an an apology-not so fast I am not even permitted to speak to the owner/manager Saeed so I call the corporate office to complain. Rental #222405 - vacation home was filthy outside, wasps everywhere that prevented us from enjoying the back porch, a/c didn't work (my husband became physically ill), fridge didn't cool, we had to change our dining plans since the BBQ pit was completely filthy. Neighbors were using the property when we arrived. We had to make our own beds - only 4 towels for a house that sleeps 10-15. House smelled like mildew. Contract requested we pay a $75 cleaning fee but also told us we had to vacuum - I DON'T THINK SO! The light on the... read full review »

I ordered the trial product and paid $3.95 shipping. I rec'd the product and it was a regular size bottle with a notice that I would be charged $89.95 plus shipping if not ret'd within a certain period. After reading consumer complaints I took one person's advice and closed my credit card account before I was scammed. I did not realize what all the ingredients were in the product and my system cannot tolerate certain amounts of caffiene. I did learn in important lesson. Moment-O-Meter
Riot82 April 7, 2011
I bought a Moment-O-Meter as part of the process for a job as a sales manager for Green Technologies MFG, Inc. I was told to use the device and after saving at least 20% on fuel from the use of this device, that Tom Delor, owner of the company would hire sales representatives that I would manage. I had to pay $348 for the device and when I got it, I installed it and used it for over two weeks to try and save fuel with this device. I thought it sounded like a pretty good idea and I figured it would work. However, I was not able to save any fuel... read full review »

Something to be aware of if you are thinking about buying a MagicJack. I haven't had any problems using it on an Intel-Based Mac. However, I just ordered my fifth one (the other 4 were for friends out of the country) and the company mixed up my shipping address. I have heard rumours that their customer service is bad. PepBoys
April 13, 2008
Pepboys replaced 4 new tires and in the process broke off 2 tire pressure sensor valves. Instead of telling me, they replaced them with regular rubber ones. Obviously the light came on. I took it back and said it must be a computer problem with the truck. I took it to Toyota who diagnosed it in 5 minutes and said they see it all the time with PepBoys ripping off customers. PepBoys had me buy the valves for 130.00, said I'd be reimbursed. A month later, still no money and they say "checks in the mail." Corporate could care less. They're liars and thieves. We have a 2-in-1 washer/dryer (w/d) that required service back in early December 2007. We purchased the appliance from Best Buy and bought an extended warranty on the appliance. Parker April 3, 2009
The company Unsecuredline.com needs to be investigated. When they contact you a friendly person is right on it to get your $329.00 for what they call your credit application but what it really is is an underwriter getting your credit report and making up a 'report card', not even to ask any questions, just filling in the blanks with their best guesses, I think? PSI Exams is the most poorly mis-managed testing center company I have ever come across. I wanted to share the experience I had with the Kenmore washer I purchased at Sears. If this makes even one person think twice about their purchase, it's time well spent. Five years ago (in 2003) I bought a Kenmore front-loading washer and dryer at Sears. A couple of weeks ago the drum in the washer stopped spinning, as if it were off the track. Sears charged me $70 to spend 5 minutes looking at it, just to tell me it would cost $824.43 to repair. Tha'ts more than it cost me in the first place.
