I was terribly disappointed by my recent stay at Howard Johnson Inn, 17301 Oak Avenue, Lansing, Illinois 60438. My wife and I travel four times per year to visit our children and our siblings. I accidentally signed up for this e-platinum card, I called the next day and was told that it was cancelled plus there was a 7 day trial period. On 1/29/10 they took $99.00 from my bank account. I purchased a $1, 600.00 dinette set from Chromcraft Furniture. At that price, one should expect to get a quality product. The oak table and chairs arrived intact, but with defects. The oak tabletop has a defective finish, as it is peppered with a black over-spray from the Chinese production shop. Do not do business with 101 phones if you need items to come in a stated time frame, or if you order more than one item! If you order more than one item, you cannot trust that you will actually receive all of your items. They have no way of knowing when their warehouses send out only part of an order. They are totally incompetent. I had humana insurance and had to have a c-section to deliver my baby. Humana said in their contract they will pay if it was life threating. All of the paperwork had been submitted and the claims had still been denied. Their excuse was were do not have the right documentation to process this claim. I went to the doctors office and hospital made copies of the file and over nighted them to their office. Still nothing has come from it. Made the mistake of porting an 084 (Cell C) number to MTN. That was some weeks ago (four). In that time, I have learned that the dealer in Clearwater supplied his head office with the wrong number for porting. As a consequence MTN has screwed up all along the line. For example, you cannot use a Telkom landline to reach the ported number. Recently i had applied for a loan application, they asked for my bank details to procede. I gave them my bank details after recieving an acceptance letter and they charged me £59. After that i have not recieved a letter, phone calls or message. They have not made an effort to contact me in anyway. I tried contacting them but they always make me wait on the phone for hours. I have samsung SGHE730. I am using this phone for 2 years. In Dec'06 because of my mistake the LCD screen was broken. Today I used a manufacture coupon at my local Petsmart location and I was asked to pay the taxes on a free bag. I have never heard of or seen anything so tacky and in such poor taste in all of my life! This gave me a really low impression of Petsmart. This was just embarrassing! I have two complaints concerning Delta airlines. Both occurred on the same trip. My first complaint is concerning Delta Airlines was on July 26, 2006. Upon arriving to Seattle on flight 1115, it took 1 hour and 45 minutes to get our luggage.
