GE Microwave
September 4, 2006
I AM ANGRY!. I had my GE microwave/range wall unit installed on February 10, 2006 and I am so unhappy. My reasons are: The oven fan comes on when you set the bake time and remains on sometimes 2 hours after you have turned it off. I know that ovens need fans but why must it stay on continuously and why must it be loud. I cannot sit in my breakfast room or talk on the phone without hearing that annoying roar. I have owned GE appliances before and never have I had an over with a fan that is loud. No one wants to cook and hear the fan... read full review »

I called about a problem with an account, and was treated terribly. Couldn't believe the insolence of the so called "general manager". Wouldn't even give me any contact info. Really shocked about the unprofessionalism. BEWARE OF HIDDEN CONDITIONS IN THE CONTRACT! Wouldn't even listen to my situation with an elderly couple living out of state. read full review »

This website is TERRIBLE. DO NOT give them your money. I ordered two items almost a MONTH ago, and they are lost. I cannot contact a REAL PERSON by phone, and when I fill-out their online contact form, I only get a generic response by email from a computer. Their online form to report a "Lost Order" doesn't even work! It says, "to report an order as lost, use the drop-down menu next to the item and select Lost Order." BUT - there is NO drop-down menu on the entire page! You can't even send them an email very easily -... read full review »

Andrew Pak

Andrew Pak, Sung Jin Pak, born 05/16/82, operates under multiple aliases and runs offshore accounts to keep his assets discreet. He is guilty of intent to fraud, conversion, and investment fraud. He is notoriously known in Los Angeles for scamming people as I have evidence and people to support my claim. He told me about how he intentionally crashes a business and does this offshore account where he would get blank visa /mastercards. He stated that this was a business secret and must be done meticulously. He is a threat to society as our... read full review »

Volkswagen of America
December 21, 2006
I purchased a 2004 Passat TDI in July 2005 from VW of America. It was a buyback with claims that the engine did not start, probably due to failure to understand what a glow plug indicator light was all about, or so I assumed. In the last year and a half I have been very pleased with all of the features that the car offered, good milage, reasonable maintenance costs etc. I have had all service done by VW at the local dealership at the intervals stipulated. On December 10, 2006 while driving the service indicator lights came on stating... read full review »

I bought a trial proaction diet pack which consisted of two bottles of tables both costing £3.50 each and I submitted my order on the 11/05/2011. I had to go away with work and the product did not arrive. I came back 2wks later to find the product (which is still unopened) on my door step plus on the 31/05/2011 two payments taken out of my account, one for £37.50 and the other for £75.00. I have tried to contact and negotiate with the company and explain I do not know when the product was delivered and equally I still have... read full review »

Lexington Law
December 21, 2007
Lexington Law (John C. Heath, Esq.) steals money by never authorized posting of bills to Credit Card Accounts, even after the account is closed. In my case they were supposed to bill my Western Union CC on the 4th of each month. Instead, they bill on the 2nd and then erratically, to justify charging extra, when money were not available. They also lie to you, by telling that the bill was declined, when in fact, they don't post the bill, and then charge late fees.(They promised to send me proof of attempt to post, but never did, because... read full review »

Hilton Honors
Jeff Cashman February 11, 2009
Hilton Honors website (www.hiltonhonors.com) proclaims: "No Blackout Dates - No exceptions" The fine print reads "If there's a standard room available at any Hilton Family hotel or resort worldwide you can redeem points for it. No exceptions, no fine print. It's that simple." It's actually not that simple. The use of the adjective "standard" to describe the "standard rooms" in the policy is a huge qualifier. We bought a membership of Club Penguin for our 6 years old son last year. Since August 2008, he lost his password and tried to get a new password by using "Forget Password". However, it only sends him sometimes an invalid code or wrong link. I reported to the customer service about a month ago. They did not take any appropriate action until I sent a couple of more mail. My 92 year old mother ordered a FlavorWave oven from Thane after seeing their infomercial. She received the oven but did not receive the $59.85 Chef's Kit that she ordered with it. Benjamin Franklin Plumbing
September 29, 2008
Recently, after a break in our local water main, we had fine sand and gravel clogging our plumbing fixtures. I took apart our Delta kitchen faucet (which had been working fine before this), and when I reinstalled it, I couldn't get it to stop leaking. The next day my wife called Benjamin Franklin after our other choices could not come that day. Turns out he sold my wife a $420 new faucet (including installation). Ultimate Iron Works
Murphy July 30, 2010
After receiving a payment of $2300 for material cost up front, Ultimate Iron Works failed to properly staff the job, failed to provide the materials I paid for in advance. After multiple requests to return and perform the scope of work you eventually stop taking my calls never returning to the job, basically becoming unreachable. As a result of unreasonable length of delay, failing to provide and install materials at the time originally anticipated has cause a serious safety problem in my house for family, friends, and guests which conditions include, without limitation, trip hazards, 15 ft. fall hazards. Don't use these crooks. read full review »

My wife and I decided to try and sell our home and upgrade back in February of 2008. We found the Coldwell Banker office in Kendall Park NJ and decided to list with this agency. The first month went fine, but then, the real estate agent seemed to be unresponsive to our needs. The only thing of concern was selling my home without regard for me finding another home to buy. This time an employee told me that they were going to call police on me because I am an irritate customer.
