Stamps.com
December 15, 2006
Stamps.com is a Huge Scam. I have filed complaints with the FTC and the USPS and I suggest everyone do the same. It is very simple, simply visit the website of either the USPS or the FTC and do a search for "fraud" or "complaint" and their form will appear. Fill it out and send it off. Here is the text of the complaints I filed with each organization: "Product Name: Netstamps) Stamps.com was authorized to make monthly subscription fee debits, and purchases of postage from my checking account. On 9/14/06 I requested a... read full review »

Pure Nutrients
Ripped off by Pure Nutrients May 22, 2009
Pure Nutrients claims they risk free 14 day money back guarantee. I received the trial and paid 5.95 for shipping and handling. The order date on the slip I received was 5/8/09 but when I called to cancel on 5/22/09 i was informed that my 'real' order date was 5/7/09. They charged my credit card $88.00 and the customer service person would NOT refund the money. I did checked the internet today and see other people have had the same complaint. What a rip off!!! read full review »

Lenscrafters Luxottica
msrozz April 26, 2011
After having a bad experience at Eyemasters in the same mall your store is in, I went to Lenscrafters to find new glasses. The person that helped me that day was Peggy. She seemed very knowlegeable and friendly and willing to help me. I told her what I was looking for, the price I had paid without my insurance at Eyemasters ($279.99) for designer Armani frames and Essilor lens with progressives and transitions, uv, scratch resistance-everything! I have Eyemed insurance. She called your lab to see if you have the verilux physio 360 lens and she... read full review »

D & G Reichert April 26, 2011
After dealing with the worst high deceptive salesman in Nebraska we ended up with a car not as described. The big advantage feature was Multi-Disk Cd with Blue Tooth and SIRIUS Satellite Radio according to the salesman. I did not have the time to try and set it up with the phone or check out the multi Cd option for several days after bringing it home. The wife had it at work. When I did it was discovered we had a single Cd player with no options. MOSES MOTOR CO. refuses to honor what their salesman had informed us before sale and put in correct CD player or get vehicle AS Described. read full review »

Yes, I ordered this product SUPPOSEDLY on a 14 day FREE TRIAL BASIS. I also called the company number within the time constraints to cancel SEVERAL times. First off, They don't answer these calls because they know that most of these will be requesting a refund. Hmmm...I then had to call my bank and CANCEL my debit card so that they could not take any more money out of my checking account without my authorization. I was told by the company at this point that in order to obtain a refund for the $160 some odd dollars, that I'd need to... read full review »

I ordered a free trial of Resveratrol for $0.99, got a call the next day to confirm my order, along with the comment: "I can give you a free bottle of Resveratrol anti-anging cream completely free". I agreed. A few days later, I noticed a charge of $49.95 plus a "foreign transaction fee" of $1.51 from my credit card company. I've called back and have only been told that I will only get a refund if I send it back at my expense. But, why should I have to pay myself to send something back that was supposed to be free??? We bought two tickets from Euroteam.info on 18 June 2009 for Rammstein Concert in Netherlands. The receipt from Euroteam states that the tickets were to be delivered on 15 November 2009. The concert was on 6 December 2009. We didn't hear anything from Euroteam since we ordered the tickets. On the concert day, someone phoned from Norway to say the tickets are ready. It was too late. I would highly recommend "Think twice" before buying any ticket from Euroteam.info. Euroteam is a Norwegian based... read full review »

Thomas Collins April 26, 2011
I ordered a pair of edhardy men jeans 102 from edhardydiscount.com and the 'free shipping' brought me the product after two months. The quality of the cloth was below average and the fibers started fraying just after the first wash. I asked the company for a refund, but they completely refused citing change in internal policies. I recently bought a pair of Air Jordan Jumpman Team Pro from www.hypenike.com. I called the customer care at hypenike.com for a refund and their behavior was highly unprofessional. Mad as H April 26, 2011
I have to say that at the beginning of all this, I was real happy with what I heard about this business opportunity. I did like the people I talked to and it did sound legitimate, until about 3 weeks ago when all the phone numbers I received from Merchant Lending Network were out of service! I tried to call the key person who I purchased leads from, but she will not return my calls now for about three weeks. I have invested around $5000.00 with is company and I am starting to feel that I got ripped off! If anyone out there has a solution or way I can get back my money...please let me know by responding to this complaint with your comments! read full review »

I needed a new water heater to replace the one that went bad. While this is a job that I can do myself, in view of my busy schedule, I decided to go with Home Depot to get the unit installed. I went with a 50 gal electric heater priced at $349.00 and the installation charge quoted was $285.00. I went to Borders Books to purchase a Christmas gift for 19.95 with a 40% off coupon. The clerk said she would take the discount off one of the 19.99 objects and she rang up a 19.99 stocking stuffer with the coupon. When I returned the stocking stuffer in the required time period they would only gave me 60% or 11.99.
