I ordered flowers from Proflowers.com on Feb 2, 2008. Paid an extra 10 bucks to have guaranteed delivery on Valentine's day. Valentine's day came and went with no delivery. Valentines Day nightmare. I ordered a steak and my wife ordered the kabobs. Both were to be cooked medium. Pixmania is by far the worst online company I have ever dealt with. I sent a faulty MP3 player back a month ago, and have just received an email to say they are sending it to a manufacturer for assessment and I will receive their findings within 40 days. I sent the faulty product back within seven days of receiving it. Their website is badly translated from the native french. There are a confusing range of forms to be sent back, all with french names i might add! This company has serious issues with their server or something. They do a great email campaign telling customers about these great sales coming up. We spend the time to be there when the door opens, then cannot get in. After trying for 20 minutes or more (wasted time & FRUSTRATION!!!) sometimes you can.
