My mother in law has broken the battery door on her hearing aid is being charged 560.00 to repair it. This is minus a "170.00 building discount" because she lives in a assisted living complex. I have been working with Mediacom for the passed couple of years to resolve my ongoing issue with internet speeds. I have literally called the 800 number 60-70 times in the passed few years. I have had tech support at my home at least 12-15 times. My internet speed problem has only been fixed temporarily a couple of times. It is a constant cycle. My husband and I bought a couch, loveseat and chair set from the Barrie Bad Boys 2 months ago. Ross Splitt rented a property from me in Morrison, CO. He was consitantly late on rent, and did not pay for the last two months of rent. He had to be evicted. He installed ceiling fans incorrectly and made holes in the walls and ceiling. He partially and painted the property and did a poor job. His dogs destoryed the basement by unrinating and ripping down wall coverings. He left the backyard full of a ridiculous amount of dog feces. He also left the house trashed. Do not buy accounts from accountgear.com. They are just going to give you the account for a little while let you gear it up and level it up and then they are going to reacquire it. On 12/05/06 I read an ad on voip.com about using their phone service. The ad said if you sign up and your not satisfied with the service, and you cancel in the first 30 days they will refund your money. Voip.com has 2 ways of using there service. In Jan. 08 while delivering PODS units to my new home, the delivery truck broke through my septic tank lid. The damage amounted to $815.00. This was caused by negligence on the drivers part. The septic tank was visible and should have been checked before driving over. In addition no spotter was employed. A spotter is required. The franchise owner from Savannah offered to pay half. Have you ever heard of a "trial period" beginning from the day the product is ordered? That is what this company does. I placed an order on 7/17, they mailed it on/19, I received it on the 23rd. On the 24-25th they charged my debit card $78.41, since they ONLY give 8 days from order date. I do not remember that disclaimer anywhere. I ordered some cabinet pulls from this company. The merchandise arrived at my house 5 weeks after I ordered. When it arrived one of the 6 pulls was broken and the others didn't quite fit. When I decided to return them I was told there was a 40% restocking fee.
