I am a South African in England using a Visa card for my money. This morning I was told that my card has been closed. There is no reason for this - just that it has been closed. I am now in a foreign countrty with no access to money. I( have done nothing wrong and VISA don't seem to fix it. I will have to resort to begging until this is sorted out. I have been getting phone calls at my work from this company. I had a payday loan and ended up having to file bankruptcy 5 years ago. I was a tenant at 600 Heights Blvd from 4/11/08 until 2/15/11. During the entire lease I had to constantly complain about faulty equipment, plumbing and electrical issues. I will list them; The A/C unit and heating shorted out and flipped the breaker daily, usually 8 or more times a day if heat or air were being used. Leaving Alantic City, N.J. going to Port Authority N.Y.City at 10:30 A.M. Bus #713 arrived on time, it was very cold inside the bus the driver said "the bus had to heat up before heat would heat the inside cabin", after about 1/2 hour the bus was even colder, the driver offered to return to get another bus but the passengers said "no" there were small childern aboard really cold. The diagnostic of my broken computer was not done properly. I was given one correct diagnosing (burned out video card). But also I was told that my OS is not working. I was ready to order more services from the store (such as OS installation). I came home and realized that the OS is working. If you are considering buying a timeshare do NOT buy from Festiva Resorts. My husband and I own a timeshare that we bought from Equivest in 2000. In 2007, Festiva purchased Equivest and has since been trying to convert all the Equivest owners over to Festiva. My husband and I stayed at the Candlewood Suites in Bloomington/Normal IL for ISU's homecoming. We checked in on October 12, 2007. I rented a car 09/04/07 and returned the same day. The only outside damage was a mark on the front. I always look in the trunk and around it. I paid care credit on time every month, so I was pretty surprised when I found out that late payment charges of 29 dollars was being applied to my bill each month. I called Care Credit and they explained to me that any payments made the during the first 5 days of a month are counted as payment for the last month. Because I made each payment at the first of the month, I was penalized! I do not feel I was adequately informed of this rule. By implementing this policy, Care Credit managed to gain 87 extra dollars from me. I have been having my oil changes with Valvoline since 2007. Everything was going good till they replaced a oil plug in August. They stripped it and then tried not to take liability for it. Because it wasnt on the receipt I was told by them more or less it wouldn't stand up in court. I had to take it to the dealer who had to replace the whole oil pan at 687.00!!! Lexmark x3470 - this printer is absolute garbage, DO NOT BUY...I bought one and had to replace the ink and then it said cover open when it was not. After trying to fix this for an hour or so I gave up and called Lexmark. They eventually sent me another one which I avoided using for a while and now I have had to use it. TomTom is wrong on there address's here in Caseville, MI. and they admit it when you call them saying they had other complaints about it. When you ask if they will give make it right they tell you to buy the new maps which they will not guarantee are right and will not refund your money if there are not right. Map share is a joke!!!
