Medco service is extremely error-prone, in my personal experience, and its internal information handling is remarkably inefficient. The salesman enticed us with a warranty that supposedly would cover repair or replacement on any of these goods and was good till 2009. On May 24, 2011 I brought my 2002 Grand AM to the active green and ross location at 2115 sheppard ave east. I brought my car in for a simple 24.95 oil change. This company is a rip off. I signed a contract with Merchant Lynx Services credit card processing. Before I signed, I asked the salesman if there was a charge for equipment. He answered "no" and presented the contract to me. When I signed it the space was blank for the equipment. After leaving he filled in $69.95 for 48 months. I am now paying $4000 dollars for a machine that is worth about $300. I can't even get a legible copy of the signed agreement with Merchant Lynx.
