I have sent validation request after validation request with no response. MCM is in:
Violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act
Violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act
This is the most frustrating process to have to deal with after being a VICTIM of Identity Theft.

I placed an order online on Dec 2, which was confirmed with Order #776743. However, I made an error on the order so I called Dec 3, to correct the error and was told the order wasn't in the system yet, that it takes 24 hours. I called again Dec 4, told order not in system, takes 48 hours.
Called again Dec 5. still not in system, told it takes 72 hours. Called again Dec 6, still not in system, told they don't know why. read full review »

My wife and son went to Ireland on vacation, she booked a car rental with EUROPCAR through the ORBITZ website. When it was booked it stated that CDW (Collision Damage Waiver) was included in the price. When she got there to pick up the car they said that the CDW was not included and she could not get a car without it. So they canceled her reservation and made another for her at a substantially higher rate. I ordered 2 Elkay sinks at $311 each . They were delivered promptly but one was dented. My wife had signed for them but did not open the box before signing.Because of that Home Perfect would not do anything about it- basically saying that we had to eat the sink. They referred to their customer service policy on their web page which includes the statement that if you sing for it and there is even hidden damage it becomes your problem and not theirs. I bought a car at Renault Germiston in March 2006. The car instalment was R999 with a deposit of 10 %.
When I approached the dealer I was told that I need to put in a deposit of R16 000 to qualify for the R999 monthly instalment. I then put it a deposit of R16 000. A pre-paid motor service for the car was issued to me which was valid for the period of 2 years or 45 000 KM.

Customer care is really hopeless. I got DishTV recently subscribed to MAXI package. After 20 days it blocked my MAXI channels even though I had paid for renewal in advance for 2 months. At Customer care number, none picks up. Visiting their local office provided no help to rectify the problem. The care should really be called Customer We Do not Care. I think it is a scam to sign people in and charge for the set top box and once customer is trapped, do not provide any service.

AHMSI clearly has NO regard for individuals. We were ready to close on a bank-owned property that is managed by AHMSI when the latter suddenly, two days before the closing, froze assets without any clear information as to why there was a freeze, nor how long it might last. They have given absolutely no guidance as to whether or not an amend-extend can be signed so that the sale can go through. Simply informing us as to the nature of the problem and how long we can expect this to upset things would have been fine. They just act like no one matters but them. read full review »

I have a complaint about Store # 10452 from 09/04/2008. I went in the store around 6:45pm and I purchased three items. When I went to the counter to purchase my items, there were 12 people in one line and no one was in the store. The manager was missing and 1 girl helped bag the items, which had her name tag on backwards. The cashier didn't have a name tag on and would not open up another line. Pressurizing customers to book after clear 25 days. After booking normally getting refilled cylinder after a lapse of atleast 35 to 45 days that too after rushing over phone and in person so many times. Last month my light bill was $87.00.I have switched over to TXU so my last bill with reliant energy came in and it was $248.00. I have no central air so I have not turned on my window units yet. Yet my bill went up from $87.00 to$248.00 without doing anything different. I called them and they had me do a meter reading and give them the nos. over the phone. Rented a house for 5 women. On arrival, there was no electricity in the house. It was completely dark and felt uncomfortable sleeping in a dark, hot house. We called the emergency line. The man on the other line said he could not help us because he did not have computer access where he lived and said he would call us back. He never did. I'm in Bakersfield, CA and a guy very similar to the description of "Joseph Robins" posted by SOLsister came asking for the magazine subscriptions. On April the 9th I purchased a Charleston style sofa for $1903 dollars. It was to be delivered by May 5 th. We started receiving letters shortly after stating that it was on backorder- no problem! I'm a retired IBMer. Under IBM's retiree medical plan, I've been getting prescription medications from Medco for several years. Medco service is extremely error-prone, in my personal experience, and its internal information handling is remarkably inefficient. And IBM is virtually impossible to reach with a specific emailed complaint about Medco. I believe neither Medco nor IBM wants any written record of dissatisfaction. Hence, I choose this public forum.

I sent an email back asking what the process was. hey my name is Turner iv'e broke two hand tools in less than six months and that is redickless yes they have a lifetime warranty but it is very inconvenient to have to go and get one the next day. there quality has gone down i have cheeper tools that i have had longer and they dont just brake. like pittsburgh tools and they have free replacements to. i really hope to see some improvement in the hand tools. read full review »

Dear KFC Team!! I live in the small town of Estcourt KZN SA. On 2007/05/04 i visited the local branch of KFC to order a Streetwise II. The sales person informed me that there were no more french fries available so i had to purchase two pieces loose.
The next shocker was the mash and gravy!! All gravy and no mash!!! As a frequent customer here for many years now, i fail to understand why the quality of service has gone downhill at this particular outlet! I have kept the sales slip as proof of this nightmare!! We bought 8 wooden chairs, 4 tables, a sofa, loveseat and chair from this company in 2004. The salesman enticed us with a warranty that supposedly would cover repair or replacement on any of these goods and was good till 2009. As he explained, it didn't matter what happened to the furniture - if we spilled something on it, cushions got flat, the frame broke because the kids were playing, cat peed or scratched it up...dog chewed up the pillow. We took the warranty.

I returned two blouses to Roamans, both of them being defective. One had a stain on it from the dark brown trim bleeding into the fabric, the other had on unsewn area around the neckline. On May 24, 2011 I brought my 2002 Grand AM to the active green and ross location at 2115 sheppard ave east. I brought my car in for a simple 24.95 oil change. During the oil change, the guy at the desk comes back into the waiting room from the garage and tells me that my brakes appear to be seized. I told him immediately that there was NOTHING wrong with my brakes. My brakes were done about a year and a half earlier, both front and back, full calipers, rotors and pads.
