General Motors Saturn Vue
Anais1963 February 3, 2011
Although I reside in Charlotte NC I listed the location of the complaint in the city where I purchased the car, Marietta Georgia. The Saturn Vue company which is GM should be litigated. I bought this car in 2007 and in August of 2009 I began having transmission issues and forked out $4000 to get it fixed. I had to go through misery saving the money to do it. Now in February 2011 the car is having the same issues. I cannot afford to get it fixed nor can I afford to buy another one plus I am upside down in the car. I am now waiting for GM to get... read full review »

Extremely bad customer service! We signed up with this company due to their advertised "no deposit" plan. The plan has a very high kwh rate, but the company advertised on their website that the rate would be "proactively" and "automatically" lowered to the "lowest available rate" after three months of on-time payments. However despite our diligence in making the payments on time, THE RATE REDUCTION DID NOT HAPPEN and moreover, there has been absolutely nothing done "proactively" by this company. I have... read full review »

I too, tried to cancel my account with CastleRock only to be told that I had to finish my 3 years. When I tried to cancel after the 3 year period, I was told that it had automatically renewed. So far I have sent a letter to the BBB of Illinois, written to the President of CastleRock, Brian Johnson, and tomorrow will disable the system. I refuse to pay any more months of service after my 3 year contract ended but need to know if there is anything that I can do to end this contract. IF there is anything that someone knows of that we can do to... read full review »

The misleading sales practice involves a contract that one cannot be released from - ever, unless you sell it to some other unsuspecting person, or as the contract suggests you must do, pass it on to the 4th generation of your own family - gee what a great inheritance. $100 a year doesn't seem like much - but it galls us to pay for something we no longer want or use. Yet, they won't take it back for free - only suggest we list it with an agency that will charge an arm and a leg to sell it for us. Oh, and their other option - pay an... read full review »

When you look at a website and it tells you the guidelines in what the purchasing process is, you would expect it to be just like that. Well for this site it wasn't, after giving the info it required, it then wanted a photo ID or a Bill, to verify information? What would they need that for? All the information they wanted was provided and it never said anything about an ID. Then I wanted a refund, I literally spent 30 minutes with an operator telling them I wanted a refund. read full review »

THis company advertises lifetime file downloads for $26.65 but after you have ordered and received your credit card info it turns out to be $105.95. When I asked why, I was informed that in their terms and conditions it spelled out that there were various other services that you were being charged for. Nothing in their checkout specified anything other than the $26.65 and the only thing I received from them was an email telling me how to use the service, nothing about what I bought or the total cost. Thankfully my credit card company called me... read full review »

These guys are a total con job. When you call the 1800.959.2613 phone number they usually don't answer or call back. When you do get a live body they barely speak English. The call center is overseas and handles calls for other scam job RX sites. These cons hit me up for $78.00 and never reversed the charge. Also beware of Medsrx.com, first-dose.com, and villagemeds. I paid $149.98 to sign up. About 4 months after I signed up they started charging me an addtional $29.99 per month as a membership fee. This was not disclosed when I signed up. I stayed with them for about a year which was a year too long. I probably sold maybe 25 items over the course of that year. Not enough to cover my fees with them. I made money on only about half of what I found on their site to sell. I Caution anyone who thinks about buying a dog from Denise or Kaitlyn Kleiber. They sell multiple puppy breeds under the name of Kleibers Kanines & Revalation Danes. Kenmore Elite Washing Machine
June 9, 2007
Our $800 Kenmore Elite washing machine died after 13 months. Since it had a 12 month warranty the Sears people didn't take any responsibility - even though we had called them 3 months earlier to report the problem (the agitator came loose from the machine and would come out when the clothes were removed). They told us the repair would be $550, plus it cost $55 to have their service guy come out and say "yup, it's all screwed up". My best friend saw a commercial for the prayer cross approx. 1 week before Christmas. She called to order and inquired as to whether it could be delivered by Christmas. Customer service told her that they could send the necklace rush delivery and it would be here in 2-3 days but she would have to pay $10.00 xtra and she would only get 1 necklace. I worked at all three corporate stores. When I first started working there I was told to fix the vehicles as if my wife were going to drive them. I thought how could a place that thinks like this have such a bad rep. Well as the years passed and I went from the store I started at to the main store the value of the company switched from customer satisfaction to the bottom line. As usual you start out with a good idea and it gets turned around by corporate greed. I went from fixing the autos to fixing what had to be fixed to sell it. The little... read full review »

I’ve hired FrequentFollowups in order to remove some posts made by an ex employee that showed up in Google and Yahoo and they ripped me off. First they said that I need to pay $2000 dollars to have it removed, then they asked for $1000 more and still did not do anything to help my reputation. We bought a Select Comfort bed with a 6 month deferred interest offer. If you pay on or before the 6 month period, then there's no interest. The creditor for Select Comfort is GE Money Bank. We sent them payment in full two weeks before the due date (the due date was 4/13/7 and we sent it on 4/1/7) - also, the mailing address was in the same state! Shouldn't be a problem - right? I left Phoenix, AZ Friday, April 6 2007. November 27, 2008
The short version: Tripadvisor has a review system which allows anyone to post anything about any hotel, regardless of whether they have even stayed there. This allows all sorts of people to abuse the system. An example: a hotel was blackmailed and told that if they didn't give a former guest some money, the guest would write a false malicious review to harm the business. Tripadvisor would not take down the false review nor would they allow the hotel management to respond properly to the review. The result is that anyone reading... read full review »

Very angry with them on their auto-renewal policy. Had called them last year after their auto renewal had happened to cancel auto renewal. This year, they conveniently didn't have record and charged me the amount again. They have a no-refund policy, and the credit card company won't do anything about it... SO make sure to hang on to any "confirmation number" they give you if you cancel the service, or they will keep charging ENDLESSLY. A very poor policy, and a way to dishonestly keep stealing money from their customers. read full review »
