Applebees is not only ridiculous, it is a hazard to the health of its customers. They have a bar in the middle of the restaurant in which people are exhaling clouds of smoke, and then also in half of the restaurant. Then they ask you, "smoking or non-smoking?" Are you stupid?! So we are seated in a non-smoking section and then right next to us (literally only a wall with poles separates us) a couple is smoking. This is a classic bait and switch establishment. They advertise and offer for sale Warrantech extended warranties. They let you place an order and confirm your order via e-mail. When I called to confirm that they actually had the product, they said they did and that it would ship within couple days. I got a First Premier credit card thinking that it would help build my credit. I got the card fully knowing the fees that were involved with the card. The first month into the card I made a payment on the card, and I had never used it. Do not do business with 101 phones if you need items to come in a stated time frame, or if you order more than one item! If you order more than one item, you cannot trust that you will actually receive all of your items. They have no way of knowing when their warehouses send out only part of an order. They are totally incompetent. I had humana insurance and had to have a c-section to deliver my baby. Humana said in their contract they will pay if it was life threating. All of the paperwork had been submitted and the claims had still been denied. Their excuse was were do not have the right documentation to process this claim. I went to the doctors office and hospital made copies of the file and over nighted them to their office. Still nothing has come from it. Made the mistake of porting an 084 (Cell C) number to MTN. That was some weeks ago (four). In that time, I have learned that the dealer in Clearwater supplied his head office with the wrong number for porting. As a consequence MTN has screwed up all along the line.
