Went for breakfast. Ordered ham and eggs (small ) and eggs came on one plate just fine other plates over easy were over burnt. They replaced. The ham for $7.99 was a joke. Itwas like a childs portion-two pieces on each plate the size of two silver dollars. The ticket was wrong but was corrected. I have been trying to cancel my Golds Gym membership for the past two months and have been unable to. They asked me to send a written request to cancel my membership using certified USPS mail. I have been ripped off by Groupon . They sold me a days sailing on a huge white motorboat (they pictured the type seen in the south of France), when in fact Liverpool Watersports Centre do not own anything that remotely resembles this vessel. The lesson is in fact on a small black motorised dinghy. At £59 this was a terrible purchase for my husbands birthday and I wish I had bought him something else. I submitted a claim for $636.50 to VPI Pet Insurance along with their required forms for work performed on my dog for a liver problem. Forty Five days letter I received a form denial letter stating that they received my claim form but not the required supporting documents. They could not have received one without the other. I have been sent to a collection agency to collect what i owe American express my account has been closed yet American express continues to hit me with high interest late fees and over limit fees. The amount sent for the collection agency keeps changing and no one from American express will talk to me about stopping these charges. Never late on any of my credit cards, all of a sudden I am, according to FirstUSA credit card, late on 2 payments. So the penalty is $35.00 for each late payment, plus a hike to 22.99% interest. I have a 5, 000.00 credit limit and the minimum payment I have to make is $100.00. Most of the time I double it, but now am paying minimum until I get this thing resolved.
