This company have a very bad delivery service. The delivery driver was really rude with the customer . He lies about making phone calls for delivery 's appoinment. PSI Exams is the most poorly mis-managed testing center company I have ever come across. Regrettably, PSI has the contract for many states to administer state exams -- real estate, auditor, contractors, etc. What no one at your training center will tell you is that you have to deal with PSI. Then, wham, what a rude awakening. PSI is a joke! Their website is notoriously bad and unreliable. A few weeks ago I had to rent an automobile at the Atlanta Airport. I made a reservation on line with E-Z Car Rental. I have rented from them in the past year and I am on their preferred list. I have held 3 seperate policies with Homeserve for the couple of years. We had a blocked drain which was causing our toilet to overflow. Homeserve sent out an engineer who agreed that the drains behind the toilet must have some kind of blockage. The drains were behind a tiled wall. We are getting a new bathroom fitted and the tiles and wall were taken down. Leaders withdrawls hidden fees from your bank account without prior notification. PCI annual fee of $30, Leaders annual fee of $100, etc... I asked very specific questions and read the agreement and these fees were NEVER disclosed. I found out about them by looking at my bank statement! DO NOT trust Leaders Merchant Services!!! Just use QuickBooks instead. Their fees are stated up front and I never had a problem with hidden fees from them in the past. I wanted to share the experience I had with the Kenmore washer I purchased at Sears. If this makes even one person think twice about their purchase, it's time well spent. Purchased a Motorola W376g phone, which has a camera. After taking several pictures, I found I could not download these pictures. Went to Wal-Mart where I purchased the phone and was told they did not carry the USB cord I needed. Went to Best Buy and spent $29. to purchase USB cord and software. I purchased an expensive patio set that was manufactured with a flaw and failed prematurely. The store told me I should take the furniture into the house when it rains and when it gets cold. We have always preferred Churches Chicken over other fast food chicken vendors, but the only Churches Chicken franchise in Las Cruces, NM is awful. We stopped by on Wednesday, July 25th right after 05:00 p.m. and ordered to go. We should have looked at the chicken before we drove off. It clearly had been sitting under the heat lamp all day. The chicken was so tough, it was similar to eating jerky. The bread was more like a cracker.
