I have purchased Manchester United shirts for this season and both the home and away shirts have two bands on the back of the shirt one from the neck down and one from the lower back down. My problem is after one wash these bands have completely come away from the shirts, this is my sons home and away shirt and my partners away shirt. My husband works for Advanced Beverage Co. and they pay for him to get free taxi cab rides if he ever needs one to be safe. On Saturday the 21st, at 1:00 am we called Yellow cab to get a taxi. We waited, and waited and then finally I called back 30 minutes later to see the status. I purchased 2 Leather Recliners fro Ashley Furniture Store about 3 years ago and also purchased their 'Montage Furniture Services' extended 5 year warranty. Qwest Communications allowed our business telephone account to be switched to another carrier without my knowledge. This occurred in May 2001. When I found out what they had done, they switched my account back and promised any charges on the old account would be credited due to the inconvenience. My phone line was cut by my phone company today and there was no response from ADT. I called them and they said it never triggered an alarm. I also pay additionally for ADT to call my cell in the event the phone line is cut. Our system was recently tested after false alarms in the middle of the night and the fire dept also being called. I had a service contract w/ARS Rescue Rooter. On 12/8/09 they had their second annual check on my Heat Pump. The service tech Chris told me I would need to replace the run capacitor ($215) and the contactor ($265) ... Cost to me $480 but they threw in a 20% discount since I had a service contract. He didn't feel those 2 items needed to be replaced immediately, but strongly suggested I do it soon. I called a competitor and the only part that needed replacement was the run capacitor. I ordered a cup back in September (2010) and by mid-October I thought I had waited long enough. I emailed and I left phone messages (until the voice mailbox was full, so I know I wasn't alone), but I never got a response. Finally, I contacted MasterCard and submitted it as a disputed charge.
