We purchased a hot tub and gazebo from The Great Escape and have had nothing but problems. We paid for a new Gazebo and they installed a very damaged floor model.It was installed backwards, the windows were broke, hinges were broke, pieces of wood were carved out, the frame was bent and the door will not shut. I have a Admiral...from the division of Maytag...with a burnt out motor. Machine is barley two years old...has been treated very well...not overloaded...and now the motor is burnt up. Easyhome came into our home, damaged our carpets by not having carpet rolls. Easyhome is now coming to take our furniture back that we have already paid double of what its worth and still owe on it. I downloaded RealPlayer to be able to burn CD's. After all the time it took to download the program I still was unable to burn Cd's. Unprofessional, unprepared, over sold and under delivered only begins to sum up our experience with DMR. We had simple requests when signing the contract, caller ID, AA, VM, call reporting and customer service. They failed to deliver on all of these requirements. On top of that they have unreliable service! I purchased my first lace wig from RPG SHOW . I order a custom lace wig after 2 1/2 months the wig arrived looking like a big ball of wolf hair. On 7/13/07, I purchased chicken and an order of french fries from Popeyes on Boston Road, Bronx, New York. Upon arrival home and opening the french fries, I found 5 shrimp mixed in with the fries. This is a very serious issue for me as I have life threatening allergies to shell fish. If these foods are going to cross contaminate, then Popeyes should advise their customers of this. Based on dates on the bill, it is printed on the first of the month, however based on the date on the postage meter it is not mailed until at least the 6th, 7th or 8th. Not a pvoblem...
