I asked for a specific dental treatment and was given something different. My insurance covered 90% of the bill I had already paid my 10% and they drug me thru the mud for 2 weeks trying to get my tooth fixed. We purchased over 50 units of Pella Architect Series Douglas Fir Double Hung windows and doors in August 2009. We paid 100% the day we placed the order. Do not waste your time with ATT U-verse if you move into Broadstone Apartments in Fort Worth TX. The apartments are all hard wired for the service but all of the geniuses in customer service can not put your address in the system. Myself and several other residents have been attempting to get service for several weeks to months. Don't be fooled by the U-Verse pre-wiring in the closet save yourself days of aggravation and time by just going with direct tv or dish network. I attempted to purchase a home under foreclosure. The seller was Ocwen. They breached the contract so I contacted an attorney to see what claim(s) I had against Ocwen. He said the contract is unenforceable due to Addendum A Section (I). By agreeing to this Addendum I have no rights. I'm SOL. Have an attorney review this document regardless of what anyone says. Warning: When signing up for a bell tv service they charge you installation fee. When there website state no installation fee. Why? I joined Weight Watchers under the Tenn Care partner's Program. It's funny how I was able to speak with a live person to join, but now they say my only option is to leave a message for them to call me back to cancel, yet they never do! They tell me I cannot speak to anyone about canceling, that this department that only takes messages, is my only choice! I ordered the trial product and paid $3.95 shipping. I rec'd the product and it was a regular size bottle with a notice that I would be charged $89.95 plus shipping if not ret'd within a certain period. After reading consumer complaints I took one person's advice and closed my credit card account before I was scammed. I did not realize what all the ingredients were in the product and my system cannot tolerate certain amounts of caffiene. I did learn in important lesson. I bought a Moment-O-Meter as part of the process for a job as a sales manager for Green Technologies MFG, Inc. Something to be aware of if you are thinking about buying a MagicJack. I haven't had any problems using it on an Intel-Based Mac. Pepboys replaced 4 new tires and in the process broke off 2 tire pressure sensor valves. Instead of telling me, they replaced them with regular rubber ones. Obviously the light came on. I took it back and said it must be a computer problem with the truck. I took it to Toyota who diagnosed it in 5 minutes and said they see it all the time with PepBoys ripping off customers. Received a notice from A.C.A. Recovery, Inc. stating that my account from Regional Yellow Pages Online had been turned over to them for collection. I never authorized any business from Regional Yellow Pages. They played a very suspect tape with the voice of my ex-office manager supposedly authorizing this.
