My battery needed replacement so I trusted this place to take good care of me since I live in the neighborhood. The manager suggested the best, Ultima battery, supposedly a 5 year battery. Ordered a table 11/4 was charged immediately for it $1400. They promised delivery within 4 weeks. Contacted them after 4 weeks to be told table on it's way. Long story short the table was still at the manufacturer 8 weeks later awaiting freight company to pick it up. I was looking to purchase a new computer. I have a credit score over 800. So I thought I would take advantage of the advertised no interest no payments for purchases over 299.00 signed up the ran my credit check and gave me a limit more than sufficient to cover the purchase only catch is you have to wait for the card. I called AHS on Sunday to file a service request on our hot water heater. I heard back from them on Monday as it was a weekend. A plumber looked at the heater on Tuesday and verified it needed to be replaced but moved over a few feet to be up to code. I ordered SuddenLink internet and phone service and made it VERY clear that I was about to have a baby and that whatever the service date was going to be, it needed to be reliable so it didn't leave me without a phone when I needed it most. Gexa Energy is a complete RIP OFF. The worst service EVER. I have been disconnected 2 times in 10 days. Now how can this be. I got a message from them about my service. I sold a vehicle I owned back in February of '07 to Carmax. Received a pay-off confirmation from Wells Fargo. Now after after 3 months I have been receiving calls on a daily basis from Wells Fargo collections claiming that I am 90 days behind in my payments and I must make a payment right now otherwise I would be reported to the Credit Bureau and the vehicle re-possessed. I asked Car max to call them and clear up the matter. Carmax sent me a copy of the cleared check that was paid to Wells fargo but to no help. I am still receiving calls everyday. I am fed up. I graduated in 2003 with my Associates degree in Business Administration. The reps told me I could transfer all my credits to any university well I went to University of LaVerne and they only accepted 24 credits. I got a loan for almost $8, 000 just for an AA. I bought a pair of shoes and a dress yesterday at BCBG in Los Angeles and the salespeople were very nice. I read the receipt which stated exchanges were fine within 10 days with receipt and "All sales final on sale items, accessories and swimwear." My complaint is about NYCHA I had my door kicked or hit with something while I was sleeping on 1/11/07 and housing is charging me for the door $629. I called the police and made a report and had to call the FDNY because the door was jammed and I was locked inside and they came and opened the door but, the door was destroyed. I reserved a car with a estimated quote of $37.49/day for 2 days. When I picked up the car, the cost was going to be $385. When I questioned the amount I was told by the agent that it included $200 which would be credited to my card when I returned the vehicle. When I returned the car and got my receipt, the receiving agent told me that the $200 would be credited directly to my card. We purchased a hot tub and gazebo from The Great Escape and have had nothing but problems. I have a Admiral...from the division of Maytag...with a burnt out motor. Machine is barley two years old...has been treated very well...not overloaded...and now the motor is burnt up. But when checking my bill, I found that they charged me with double the amount. The same payment came in two lines with the same amount of 209.05A$. Easyhome came into our home, damaged our carpets by not having carpet rolls. Easyhome is now coming to take our furniture back that we have already paid double of what its worth and still owe on it.
