When i bought HP laptop, i was assured to get a free tv tuner card if I give an extra cheque of Rs 500. I had given the cheque and the cheque was cleared subsequently. It has been more than 3 months that my cheque is cleared , but no card has been sent. When i followed the case via phone, i was assured every time that it will come in next 15 days as the product was out of stock. On my last conversation i was told that the product lot is corrupted hence i have to wait for more time. My experience with Hyderabad passport office is abosolutely horrific. There is no accoutability and responsibility. The telephone numbers are virtually busy 24x7. Received $250 wireless speaker from Brookstone as gift from company I work for, exchanged with gift receipt for tool set and a gift for my wife. Wife wanted me to exchange the gift I got her but I left the receipt in my pants which ended up in the wash. The Manger at Brookstone (looked all of about 19) said she couldn't let me exchange it because I didn't have the receipt (I didn't want money back, I just wanted to exchange it for something else) as this was against their "Return Policy". Linders does not live up to their agreements. As part of a Linders company promotion I was told that I would receive a grocery voucer of $25 per month totaling $500 for purchasing a $1, 600 entertainment center. After nine months of following the instructions and receiving NOTHING I inquired with Linders why this was happening. Linders told me (I had to call them!) that the company providing vouchers went out of business. Linders now wants to negotiate a $350 voucher to use towards the purchase of more Linders furniture. A while back I noticed that my daughter's airtime runs low too quickly. Vodacom has informed me that Mira Networks are billing her R5day. I phoned Mira Networks to unsubscribe, but got a recorded message prompting you to enter your cell number should u wish to unsubscibe-which I did. This should have stopped after 48 hours. Tonight she's made me aware that money is still being taken off her account. I need someone to first of all email me proof of opt in then I need to know why my daugter is still being billed after unsubscribing. After much hoopla, I was pushed into buying a tempurpedic bed - i asked the salesperson, and i quote ' IS TEMPURPEDIC A HOT BED? I was told NO!!! Bob's DISCOUNT Furniture is called that for a reason. The couch I ordered was delivered with a hole in the fabric; when I asked for a new one they said they didn't have another one like it and would send some one to repair it. We could not schedule a time to fix it that would work for us so they're solution was to send us a package of fabric. This long weekend took MONTHS in the making.We were going to Donsol to swim with the whalesharks from April 3-5.The ONLY flaw in my plan was that we BOOKED a flight with CEBU PACIFIC. I purchased a laptop computer and a service contract with Best Buy Alpharetta, GA last year for my son. On May 22 of 2006 we brought it in for simple service, the lid was not closing and was loose. Waxed my car and left it in my garage prior to trip to Chicago. W Hotel valet parked car for me (only time it was out of my sight) and when I got home it dent in the driver side passenger door. I had a terrible experience with Northwest Airlines. This is my first time to fly to US and NWA for that matter. From day 1 the agents in Manila cannot get us a good flight to North Carolina and we ended up flying to DC. We drove from DC to NC then. When i contact the customer care representative, he mentioned that i had downloaded from sites and that is the reason for deduction. I went on a Princess cruise this summer. Although these problems may seem minor, what upset me most about this cruise line is they did nothing to fix them or make me feel like I was a valuable customer. When I got home, I mailed this letter to the President of Princess and two other senior level people. I mailed this over a month ago and got no response. The company's people never seem to be available or to return phone calls and never gave written responses until I contacted an attorney and he sent them a letter. I've requested a return of funds; they've denied the request. Customer satisfaction is apparently not a priority. The membership is very expensive and I believe I would never get my money's worth nor save on travel expenses. On 1 August 2008 (on or about) I was approached by Warrior Custom Golf to procure a golf club from them. When asked, I gave them information (private). Unknown to me, on 1 August they billed me through Chase Bank for $23.50. As the sales person, when asked, avoided most answers. I ordered the 50 States of America Coin Bear Collection in the middle of August, 2009. from an Infomercial. I was suppose to receive 10 bears and a bonus bear for $19.95. I received 6 bears and was charged $32.90 on my credit card on the day of my partial shipment. I have yet to receive my remaining order. When I try to call the company, I get either a busy signal or approximate wait time of 40 minutes to speak to a rep. After talking to my credit card company the only way to stop an automatic with-draw is to cancel my credit card and have them issue another number. Found tickets on StubHub, seller noted difference in seating at venue from what was shown on ticket. Used StubHub website to verify seating chart. At concert found out that tickets were wrong and seating chart was wrong. Appealed to StubHub for partial refund because the listing on their website was inaccurate - they refused to honour their mistakes and even said that there was no record of my complaint which I made the business day after the concert. I would like to share the harrowing experience I have just had with Fedex Ground. I live in Dallas, TX, and Wednesday I ordered two very expensive tickets in Austin, TX for this weekend's Texas vs. OU matchup played in Dallas where I reside.
