Video game 911 claims a 24 hour turn over, Also they claim direct conference with the repair tech. These claims are false I have sent out my ps3 on the 4th and it is the 11th and I haven't recieved it back yet. When I try to talk to the tech they were very unhelpful and told me to look at the product quarey to see the status of my ps3. After six weeks my Galaxy Tablet stopped running apps, would not uninstall apps and would not reset to factory settings. After much time on the phone with Sprint tech support, the issue was unresolved and was transferred to Samsung service (in India). As Samsung considers the Tablet a computer rather that a phone, it could not be replaced and must be sent to the service center for repair. The entire process took only six days. Company advertises for old cellphones. They will assess your old cellphone once you mail it to them and then pay you an agreed upon amount for recycling. I sent an Ericsson P900 and was told I would receive $29.00 once they had processed it (checked to see if it was in good working condition). They received my phone and inspected it. I have had geico for quite some time. Recently I received a cancellation notice. Said payment due on Nov 19. I called in and had my employer call stating I could not make a payment until the 29th at the latest. The representative said that would be fine the policy would not cancel they would extend it. Yes, You certainly pay for what you get. On Saturday past I went to get my hair cut at smart style in the walmart. I advised the hair dresser of what I wanted. Apparently, she did not have very good listening skills. I recently purchased a kitten from Sweet Petunias in Missouri, I was so excited to get my new little Himalayan fur ball. I paid $1, 375 for what was supposed to be a show quality kitten. I purchased a 32' Visco TV from wal-mart.com in june of 07. The first one quit in the first month and walmart said that my only option was to wait for a second to be sent and use that box to return the bad one.
