I did not order this so I called and was told after I paid for the initial service this plan went into effect 7 days later if I didn't cancel. HSN is issuing credit cards through GEMB. I attempted to pay my account online., after registering my bank information and other personal information. I paid one payment online 3/3/08, on 38/09 I received notice that my bank had refused payment because I refuted the payment. I called my bank. My bank said nobody from HSN GEMB had requested payment and they know I did not contact them to refute payment. I bought a Tumi backpack based on the lifetime warranty claim. At the time I bought it, they offered lifetime. But now they want to charge $125 for repair open seams by the zipper and strap, and between internal compartment! While I called, they said "we don't offer lifetime warranty, we only offer lifetime service, for a fee". The service and support is not a good match for their price! Package sent by DHL from Shenzhen, China to Winston Salem NC. Package signed for as delivered but was not sent to the right address. Our entire family purchased polices through Travel Guard and a family member went into the hospital in May of 2009 (and died) and they did not cover our loss yet! Angie's List will keep charging you even after you cancel your subscription or "discounted trial". My advise is to pay by paypal so that you can contact them when angie charges you again and again after cancellation. This software does nothing more than Dell Support offers for free to any Dell computer owner. A couple of the drivers I did install using the program messed up my computer. I've sent several emails over the last few days asking for a refund. The information on the website makes it sound like a refund will be made if you are not pleased with the program. All I keep getting back is a template telling me how to install the register key. I had no problem doing that. In January I started a new job where I got a discount using Liberty Mutual. At the end of January we had a very bad blizzard, and while driving to work I hit a large patch of black ice and the truck slid into an irrigation ditch. I've seen an add on TV so I called JK Harris office in florida for back taxes. I talked to Darryl Lassare he told me we qualified, we owed $12,000 in back taxes. We gave them $2400 and 14 months later we got, all we can do is set up payments, I was allready doing that. I purchased airline tickets through Hotwire.com for a holiday trip. The trip was cancelled by the airline and the airline agreed to refund the ticket price in late December. Hotwire refuses to refund the money to me because they are "waiting" for the airline to provide the check number of the refund. Hotwire knows how much money I paid and acknowledges that a refund was agreed to by the airline. At this point they are in possession of my original payment, plus the refund from the airline. I was extremely annoyed to find that blue mountain had taken a years subscription from my account without my authorisation. I was completely unaware of any renewal agreement. I asked for the account to be closed immediately and that the money taken would be refunded. They closed the account but ignored the refund. We did not have hot water to bathe for 5 days at the Playa Alameda in Varadero. We asked and asked so what did we get. A bottle of rum brought to the room. You cant wash in rum. The beach was not raked or well kept. It had small pieces of branches all through the sand.
