Big Bazaar is not mature enough to run the logistics of home delivery of goods. Buying products you can carry yourself is probably fine. I bought a chest of drawers, which they did not deliver on time. When I went to investigate I found that they are "too big" to be able to deliver on time. Ground beef is always mixed with the unfresh ground meat. Store employees try to hide dark color meat inside of fresh one to make illusion of fresh ground meat. First of all their customer service is horrible. You get no good contacts and if you are unhappy with their service there is no customer service to remedy the problem. If you have paid, their answer is to close your account and they get $160.00 of free money without providing the service they guarantee. I took my car in for the scheduled service. The first time my wife rode in the car after the service, we discovered that both vanity mirror lights did not function (drivers and passengers sides).
