I am filing a complaint because of inadequate and unlawful service. AVON misleads its Representatives into thinking that they can earn money selling AVON products. This is a big fat lie. Cardservice/First Data put our company on the 'match' list for nothing we had control over. A customer decided to 'dispute' charges on his credit card (because he didn't have the cash and wanted more time to pay) and we get socked with the chargeback. Having been satisfied with our meal I decided to give them a 10% tip. I did this using my visa debit card and signed the receipt. When I checked my bank statement they had charged me $10 more than agreed. This is the secont time it has happened at an Outback restaurant so it is not a coincidence. My 9 yr old son's tooth was pulled without anaesthesia. After the dentist, Hoa Pham, administered the injection of anaesthesia, he went to take care of other patients. He came back about 45 minutes later to continue. Once he put the extraction tool in my son's mouth and began to pull, my son grabbed his arm and was saying I feel it, stop, stop. Avoid Hotwire. Hotwire is very misleading on hotel reservations. Star ratings are based on customer reviews. I requested a 3 star hotel and was given a hotel that is lacking amenites and rated a 2 star on other sites. When I called to complain and was repeatedly told that all reservations are final . All County Towing towed my car. The building association suspended the contract with the towing company and specifically told them to avoid our building. United Parcel Service is the very worst delivery service out there!. Twice they've lost my items, Do they call me, and let me know, NO. They must think the world revolves around them. I've lost business because of their very late deliveries. I ordered a package from N.Y., and was delivered by DHL in 2 days. If I were to use UPS, it would take 5-6 days to get here, and I wouldn't see it until around 6 pm. The funny thing is, they're UNION, and still they're half-ass! We called the maker on this and they said that you must heat the pot up before you make the coffee. But it does not state this on the box. The box says easy-to-use, portable thermal carafe with brew-through lid keeps coffee fresh for hours. It does not keep coffee hot even if you follow their directions that they tell you when you call their 800 number.
