Purchased and prepaid for British Airways tickets from Flight Centre. Flight Centre stuff up bookings and failed to notify us in a timely manner of the stuff up, thus leaving an under aged child stranded in the UK. ILD Communications is billing me every month for some sort of voice mail they say i ordered. I have tried to Call them and the repeatedly give me a confirmation number and say a credit is being issued. I have received many calls from them regarding an open account. They claim I owe them $500. I gave them the last 4 digits of my SSN which didn't match and my address which also didn't match. Apparently, I have the same name as someone who skipped on them. I am sending them a certified letter copying our state dept of consumer affairs instructing them not to call me any more. Last time Schneider was out my iPod dock was damaged and no longer works. I had the repairman return to look at it he said they didn't do it, argued with my fiancee who saw him place the TV on the iPod connected to the dock (my room mate also saw it), and left. I ended up purchasing bids for this site without first being told how much this was going to cost. I was told I woul get a certain # of bids automatically, and was asked to give credit card info. I have no idea if Terminix is a good pest control service or not, but the commercial now showing on TV which shows a termite crawling out of Ben Franklin's eye (on a $100 bill) is the most stomach-turning I have ever seen. I believe that they could make the point that termite infestations cost money without that bug-eating-eyeball image--who made this commercial--a teen-aged boy overdosed on horror movies? I just had my boat shipped from Guaymas MX to Oregon [USA] with Boats Express and I have had nothing but major issues with them. They broke our agreed upon contract days before shipping and wouldn't refund my deposit. Boats Express threatened to keep my deposit unless I signed a second contract with them at a much higher rate. Big Bazaar is not mature enough to run the logistics of home delivery of goods. Buying products you can carry yourself is probably fine. I bought a chest of drawers, which they did not deliver on time. When I went to investigate I found that they are "too big" to be able to deliver on time.
