I purchased a "Callaway" wood from RBG a about a year ago. A month or so ago, the shaft broke. I tried to contact RBG but of course they are of no help. Last year, due to a move, I had put my phone line on hold until I was settled in. I contacted primus to ask them if they could suspend my long distance, as the phone line was not going to be active. They confirmed that they would, and I thought I was set. Turns out, I was not. Even though my phone line was disconnected for 5 months, I received a regular bill. We found two charges from this company on our charge card in March 2008 that we did not authorize. Apparently there is something with this company going on that when the charges were put on, our credit card company put on a fraud alert and have temporarily shut down our card. So beware. I ordered a frying pan from Orgreenic several months ago and I have not gotten it yet. They advertise that their product is non stick and you will never have to use butter or oil again. Every time I emailed them, I was told that everything was on back order and to wait another 15 days. I am still waiting after 5 months. Internet seller, michelniques.com refuses to do an exchange of a Christmas gift because I purchased it more than 30 days prior. DUH some of us do our Christmas shopping early. Most retailers relax their return/exchange policies around Christmas time.
