United Parcel Service is the very worst delivery service out there!. Twice they've lost my items, Do they call me, and let me know, NO. They must think the world revolves around them. I've lost business because of their very late deliveries. I ordered a package from N.Y., and was delivered by DHL in 2 days. If I were to use UPS, it would take 5-6 days to get here, and I wouldn't see it until around 6 pm. The funny thing is, they're UNION, and still they're half-ass! We called the maker on this and they said that you must heat the pot up before you make the coffee. But it does not state this on the box. The box says easy-to-use, portable thermal carafe with brew-through lid keeps coffee fresh for hours. I had to replace the right rear window regulator last month. Yesterday I cracked that left rear window and to my amazement it would not go up again. That regulator is gone too. I initially got this via a spam email (i should have know at this point) but the prices seemed too good to be true. I ordered a product (at this point i was still skeptical) as i had to pay via a weston union payment to China. They were extremely professional about the service, until they collected the money from a weston union agent. They gave a fake delivery tracking number, mentioned the product had been stuck with customs and i had to pay them 200USD to release it.
