I have had ongoing problems with Norton Internet Security. The customer service representatives in another country constantly assure me that they will be able to help me but the problem returns frequently and their solutions do not work all the time. I have booked an international ticket from make my Trip (Delhi to Arizona - Phoenix Booking ID - MMT P814311) for which I never got any confirmation via email. Rooms Unlimited in Medford, NY misleads customers and makes promises they will not keep when it comes to delivering furniture. We were told the livingroom set we ordered would be in within 8-12 weeks. After 15 weeks we were still without the furniture and nobody could tell us why it was late or when it would be in. Last 11-10-2007 I made a bank transfer to skype to buy a credit in phone calls. The transfer was correct to the bank account they told me. Last week I ask them for the credit, once it was not available in my Skype account and it passed some weeks. December 9, 2005 I purchased laminate flooring and carpeting for my 2900 square foot home. My car was hit in June 2006 while it was parked in front of my house. I woke up early and heard a loud noise and did not see anything - oh if I only knew. I purchased the "Cardsafe" disability insurance, and unfortunately had to use it...it was in effect until the annual fee was due. Front load clothes washer and clothes dryer I bought in summer of 2005 and were expensive machines. What a piece of junk! They handled my claim incorrectly and filed against the wrong employer. The GA Department of Labor has no way to file a claim and correctly list a employer with PRN employees. They have filed the claim against the wrong company and I have never gotten my payment from my ex employer and they actually filed against a company that I am working in a PRN status for. They have basically screwed up everything and I am the one suffering the concequences of they incompitence. I contacted them in Oct. 2008 to file personal bankruptcy. They were recommended by Care One Credit Counseling. They took $1500 which I could ill afford, and told me my court date would be Jan. 09. It's now mid March, and I can't get any information from them about my case. If you are lucky enough to get someone on the phone, they can never answer any questions and always say that someone will get back to you. They never do. I have to start all over now with a local attorney.
