The other day I was at the checkout counter at Walgreens. There were at least three employees standing around. Only one that was busy, which was the lady ringing up my items that I was purchasing. hi this 'company' direct marketing inbound telemarketing merchants has been charging me around £19 since may 2010 (the date of last availabe credit card statement, it might have been charging me even before). I dont understand what is it that i am being charged for? It is logical to expect that i may have used it once, but after that it has been charging me every month. I have had the same issue many other reviewers have had. The up selling. They will not provide the 2 free cleanings that the insurance company allows for. I ordered two bras that were supposedly in stock on March 3rd and HosieryStreet took the money out of my bank account on the same day. I received one in three weeks with a note that the other was back ordered. I waited until the first week in April and I emailed them asking the to either refund the money or send the bra. They apologized and said the bra would go out the next week. It is not May 11th and still no bra. I have written to them twice and I get no response. Poor performance of ADSL over the last three days. Phone call centre, wait in queue for over 60 minutes. Eventually hand up. Tried over 3 days at different times of the day for the last 24 hours no diffrenece. Telkom call centres suck. I have had to contact the call centre over the alst 12 months on a number of occasions. I bought a genuine leather uppers lounge suite in April - May 2009, and the agreement was that I would start paying in July 2009. The agreement was to register the plot within 1 month and the completion of the Villa within 1 year. But not yet registered the plot. Also, the construction is not yet started. I purchased a puppy from a pet store, and three days later I had to take him to the hospital. They diagnosed him with pneumonia and kept him for a week before they sent him home with me along with a hefty vet bill. Exactly one week later, I had to return to the hospital because the puppy fell ill again.
