We found two charges from this company on our charge card in March 2008 that we did not authorize. Apparently there is something with this company going on that when the charges were put on, our credit card company put on a fraud alert and have temporarily shut down our card. So beware. I ordered a frying pan from Orgreenic several months ago and I have not gotten it yet. They advertise that their product is non stick and you will never have to use butter or oil again. Every time I emailed them, I was told that everything was on back order and to wait another 15 days. I am still waiting after 5 months. Wow here it is 2009 and I noticed that people have been complaining since 2007 about the receipt saying to go online and fill out the survey for a chance to win a $2, 500 K-Mart gift card. Internet seller, michelniques.com refuses to do an exchange of a Christmas gift because I purchased it more than 30 days prior. DUH some of us do our Christmas shopping early. Most retailers relax their return/exchange policies around Christmas time. ServPro over charged for thousands of dollars worth of work they knew would never need to be performed. They double billed for the same work in many of the rooms. Don't hire Cape Cod Roofing to do anything. I had my roof done over and the crew damaged the house, left debris, nails all over. I deducted a small amount to pay for the damages and in return got harassed by Skip Schiappa the owner. He refused to fix the damages, sent a very lewd, crude and threatening letter. It got so bad I had to get the police involved since he resorted to verbally threatening me. All in all a very unprofessional man, doesn't respond well to complaints, lies through his teeth and doesn't care about your property while doing the job. The job turned out to be a nightmare ordeal. I ordered a friction mount for a Garmin 350 Nuvi. The sales representative on the phone was very clear that the item would come ready to use. My first experience was good, I guess. I got what I ordered and the website is easy to use. So I used them again. The second time, I bought 4 Dbacks tickets, spent $40 each and they sent me different tickets, not the ones I picked but the bleacher tickets. I recently returned a pair of shoes to FootSmart, within the allowed 60 day time period for returns. I had tried the shoes on 3 times, wearing them for 5-10 minutes each time and only in the house. I purchased a HP PSC 1500v All-in-one printer last fall. I now regret purchasing anything made by HP. The paper either jams or won't feed at all. I purchased a 1310i HP printer about 2 years ago and it does the same thing, but nowhere near as often or as bad as the 1500v. I am glad I paid under $100 for each of the printers.
