I recently purchased a copy of Paint Shop Pro X2 on line from riverstreams.co.uk. However when the disc came I had a great deal of trouble installing it into my computer. Stay away from these people. I paid $1000 for their help in contacting my credit card companies to reduce my husband's and mine raised finance fees, some of which are now at 28% and higher. They scam you by taking so long to make appointments and then saying you have to talk to another person weeks later, and after they don't help, they keep saying to talk with someone. In a nutshell, they have you buy an overpriced appliance so you can get a 55% lifetime discount on already marked way up food. Every week this company service goes out for days at a time. Like pretty much every other complaint I see lodged here, this company suckered me in with the $1.97 offer for materials and information for a money making venture. If the microprint was even there I didn't see any regarding the charge that would hit my bank two weeks later for $69.97. This unauthorized charge caused $105.00 in NSF charges subsequently. This company never calls the repair company. They leave it for you to deal with. They could care less how long you sit without service. They won't cover what you believe is covered under your policy. They'll offer you different options of coverage such as paying disposal fees for hot water heaters or covering only the cost of the hot water heater and sending you a reimbursement check within 2 weeks - you pay for installation. Paid extra to have the tickets shipped to the house, never came then told they would go straight to the hotel in vegas friday morning one day before the fight, never came then told that evening, never came.
