Same thing happened to me with USAA...We just moved to Montana...I was told that I would not be able to renew my policy because of a Bankruptcy three years ago...Makes not sense because I have changed the policy before and had no problems. I am very disappointed and plan on elevating this higher. Oh I was told that a supervisor was in a meeting and he would call me back in 15 min...it has been over 30!!! USAA is starting to suck in my mind. If I can not get this resolved I may get a lawyer and go that route. For a company that markets themselves to military they sure are slipping. read full review »

I got a new car from Honda 2005 I have been making payments I lost my job and made some payments late call them to find out how much I owed and they send me the letter stating what I owed even though I knew that the amount was more then what I owed I sent them the payment. They then sent me another bill stating that I was behind and that they wanted the car not the payments and that if I did not take the car to a dealership that they would put my son in jail for seven years for auto theft . We purchased a Grand Caravan from Bob Brady at the end of April '08. I should've went with my gut instinct and went elsewhere from the start. We were pressured into the purchase in the first place at an astronomical interest rate and only given 2 vehicles to choose from because of our credit history. Nissan takes home the trophy of worst customer service ever!I went to Nissan Trophy on sunday looking for car. They pre-aproved me, and I was informed, the bank had accepted my trade in as well. I was quoted $310-320 per months. I was to return on monday to go through the financial department with my dad to sign some paperwork.I got there a 4:ish, They couldn't find my file. My Custom 00 Integra Turbo Gsr was stolen unrecovered Feb/28/08. Unitrin has a habit of never calling back, even their supervisors never call me back! It took them over three months to settle my claim in which they gave me $9449, peanuts! I provided all receipts for aftermarket work on my Car, they gave me $10.00 for over $10k in maintenance/ aftermarket work all valid receipts. Actual value of my Integra $15, 000+ street value. I ordered 2 keyless entry remotes in the beginning of May and have not received this order 1 month later. I e-mailed company and received a similar canned response that others have received showing a signature confirmation # that was not listed on my original e-mailed shipping notice that was received 5 days after placing my order online.

This Distributor never picked-up phone. Every month we have rush to to agency and book the cylinder. Alway the phone will be busy, in case if connects will never lift the phone to respond our call... Tried thousands of times no use... very poor response...

I rented a car by Alamo through a car rental site where my agreement clearly stated that the cost included all the necessary insurance and the first tank of gas. The voucher that I provided upon rental was kept as payment but upon returning the car, the terms of the agreement were dismissed and I was charged $60 for re-filling the gas tank.
Despite indicating the clause on the agreement and refusing to authorize the payment, the Alamo rep proceeded to charge me, said he could do whatever he wanted and then refused to discuss the matter... read full review »

My Car chevrolet aveo u-va that is covered under bajaj allianz motor policy was damaged and when sent for repairing and asked for claim in the workshop of M/s Dulichand they submitted the claim aand when surveyer came, he did not given fair survey report and I did not get claim for most of the damaged part of my car. Farm Bureau insurance company doesn't take responsibility for their drivers actions and doesn't pay claims. On November 3, 2006 my 2002 F-150 was legally parked at the parking lot of a country store. My husband was inside eating his breakfast. This 19 year old girl who is insured by Farm Bureau came around the corner and down the hill. Don't buy a car from here. I bought a used 2003 Toyota Camry three months ago and the car had a coolant leak and now I have to replace the engine, radiator, transmission. The replacement cost is more than the car cost. The car overheated on the freeway and I had to go 5 miles at a time for 200 miles. Lousy customer service, they offered to find a discount engine company for me but didn't even follow-up. No customer satisfaction. They offer a 2 day no questions asked return for $200. I spoke to the owner, Willie Kayoate and he said he was he was sorry, the company just did not have the funds to complete the bike and would refund my money as soon as they could. Reneged on two car deal after only 3 weeks. My mother and I drove off the lot with both cars and then after two weeks were notified that we both needed co-signers.
We were also told they could not finance after signing took place. They took my 2000 Chevy Blazer as a down payment on both cars and now cannot locate it for me. They want us to return both cars so they can try to cut us a deal on ONE car.
They have not been very constructive in helping locate my previous vehicle and have not given me very good proposals on a new vehicle. read full review »

I want to tell you I have never been treated so badly in my life. I went to auto zone like I always do and bought a radiator for a little under 200.00 dollars. I put the part in and it had a leak. I went to the next auto zone to replace it. When I got there the manager of the store was the customer service rep I spoke to. Immediately told us this was not her fault 3 times. I was in a collision not my fault by an uninsured motorist. my car was told to me to be totalled an that there was an$8166.50 pro quote by the salvager. I went to this gas station on Monday June 2, 2008 to fill up my brand new Yukon XL Denili 2008. I paid about $130.00 and left. The next day my engine light came on so I took it to the dealership to see what was wrong with it and they told me that I put bad gas in the car. The gas I put in was mixed with water and they needed to drain it. They told me that they had to get all the gas out of the engine, and out all the places the gas runs to in my brand new SUV. I have been calling this insurance company in reference to a rental car. I was in a car accident with someone who has this insurance. First, they will not pay for your rental car up front; you have to submit a rental car reimbursement. Therefore, I received a rental car and I had to pay almost 250 dollars to rent a car for five days. Once I returned the car and received a receipt, I faxed over my receipts from enterprise. This gas station is cheating on gas by calibrating the pumps to deliver less gas per gallon than what the pump says. I have noticed this many times and today I was convinced when the pump registered 15.17 gallons filled in my gas which has the capacity of only 14.5 gallons. My car gas tank was not even close to empty. I could drive another 40-5o miles on the remaining gas.

I submited my car to fix two defects :
1. The control of the injection .
2. The cover of the cylender compartment.
After 2 days of receiving the car from the service agency
while driving the car suddenly i felt the heat of the engine
going record high, and consequently the car doesnt move
except on the first gear and with difficulty,
I was charged for fixing the car EGP 6, 700.- (USD 1, 250.-)

Used a $20 coupon to get an oil change/tire rotation - no complaint there. Service guy showed me that my air filter needed to be changed - for $30. I figure I can do this myself for $15. So I said "no". However, I think that they purposely re-screwed my cover back so tight that it made it extremely difficult for me to open it myself. In spring of 2006 I purchased a 1990 3500 from Ellensburg Chevrolet. It had just had a fresh engine installed. I drove it 3500 miles and it started reading 15 lb oil pressure. Of course I was far from home at a horse show with my niece and a load of horses with me.
