Beware of this bike shop! recently had just do a wire transfer on 2/07/10 for my installment and called to them about fund been transferred. Receptionist (probably a newbie) had confirm received the fund. on 13/07/10 my bike was been towing away and when i try to reach them, they told me that i had not paid my installment and so bike was been tow. I bought an HHR 5 months ago and the panel behind the rear doors is made of plastic and looks like someone took a sandblaster to it. I contacted my local dealership and was told the only way to fix it would be to replace the pieces and put in sideboards. I own a Mercury Grand Marquis. CNN ran an article about rear end collisions (over 60mph) resulting in fires and ultimately deaths by fire. They stated all police cars in this series have been fitted with gas tank protection kits for this reason. Ordered snow tires from Pepe to be installed. I drop the car off two weeks later at 7:30 in the morning. Five hours later I get a call and they tell me they cannot find the tires. I ask them if they checked after ordering to see if the tires arrived. I am told they do not do that. I went in to the Toyota dealership and brought a 2003 MR2 Spyder, purchase price were around 26, 244. and because I owned around 22, 000 on my Aztec and they were only going to pay me around 12, 000 on my Aztec to keep me from being upside down in my 2003 Spyder It would cost me 11, 000 dollars and I paid 7, 000 with a check and 4, 000 with a credit card. My car would not start I am an R.N. I cant miss work so I called Burns Pontiac they told me they could do the job and have it done in 2 days. I did get my car back in 2 days and 2 days after getting car back it overheated . I paid Burns Pontiac 1200.00 dollars to replace my distributor that is the reason they said it wouldn"t start. It is now 2 months since Car-Hire Uk took ps 670.00 from our Visa as a deposit on our rental car.It is a month since we returned the car, undamaged & with a full tank of fuel. I had a oil change and tire rotation service done on July 2 2010. The mechanic forgot to tighten all the lug nuts up on every tire on my truck. Sure enough a tire came off as I was driving on the highway. Now the owner - Steve Turner will not pay for the necessary repairs. Nor will he supply a courtesy car! 1995 ford e350, , had an obvious bad speed control sensor, (vehicle speed sensor), , after inspection they agreed that it was the sensor.. they said they could replace it for $250. advance auto carries the part for $20.. iasked their hourly rate.. they said they charged by the job, , not by the hour.. it is a small piece that screws into the transmission...if the vehicle is on a lift, , anyone could do it in 5 minutes. as i am out of town and pushed for time, i told them to go ahead. read full review »

They have been trying for me to get a credit with them every time I get oil change. I finally accept to sign up with there credit and I only used it one day time. I paid the balance in full and now they have been calling and mailing me a letter every week about fees after fees after fees. I purchased my Venture van for one reason, and that was to make things easier on my ill mother. Within one month of purchase I had to take the van in for repairs twice. They never have fixed all of the things wrong with it. A fan has been replaced, but the noise that caused the complaint is still there. Brakes had to be replaced on one the back right passenger side. Truck into the dealership for steering "recall" part. During this service, the mechanic broke a part, (steering gear box), and the dealership resuses to fix it at their cost. Purchased a 2003 Lexus RX 300 from Pellini. Approx. 4-5 weeks after purchase car ran out of gas due to a damage sending unit in gas tank that still registered 1/4 tank. This is clearly damage that occured prior to purchase as nothing has been run over or thrown up into tank since purchase. Purchase admittingly was "as is" however it is painfully obvious it did not occur for the month or so we had the vehicle. I just had a horrible experience at a BP gas station (7544 Lyndale Avenue South) at 6:15pm on July 11. This happens to be one of the BP locations that accepts Rainbow Grocery's Roundy's Fuelperks discounts. So I swiped that card, then chose to pay at the pump and swiped my ATM card, and pressed the Regular gas button instead of Premium or Ultimate.
