Incident I started service with Alltel on January 30th 2008 and canceled service on February 2nd, 2008. All equipment was returned to the Metro Center location in Phoenix on January 3rd, 2008. It was obvious by the package that this was NOT a new product - it had been returned [defective] and placed back on the shelf for re-sale. These people are very rude and unscrupulous. I sent back a RAID device that did not work as advertised. They refused the return claiming it was scratched. I NEVER installed it! They are also claiming it came back with power cables missing. However, there were no power cables in the box. I returned EXACTLY what was in the box, in EXACTLY the condition it was sent. I am now wondering if they sent me a used unit in the first place. They are liars (check multiple sites for reviews) and incredibly rude. I bought a computer from them. Total was around $3000 dollars. It was a Compaq Presario that I later found out was only about $458 at Office Depot. The monitor quit working. After 6 months of them not returning my calls, I called a different store that put me through on a direct line to Customer Service. They do not send replacements. I ordered a phone from them at a very nice discount. I believed I was getting a discount because I was ordering an unlocked phone. What I discovered - is FRAUD. Bought a Panasonic PV-GS90 Mini DV Camcorder from Best Buy. Went home. Put a tape in to test camera and try it out prior to a trip. During playback, I noticed a green dot on the screen. The phones still did not work after new batteries were installed, and the company refused to take back the two that had not been opened. I corresponded with company; no response. I purchased two LG chocolate phones for my children back in November 07. One of them was defective right out of the box. You could talk into it and people would hear you but you could not hear the person on the other end of the line. Hi, I purchased the Mega vault 3.5" aluminium case for HDD. The site does not even exist when I go to register or update my drivers. Above all, the darn thing does not work, which being the 2nd replaced unit after the 1st one shut down. I bought the virus protection over the internet and paid for it over the internet. I had difficulty downloading, but did get assistance from the tech dept. Then, nothing. Not only does it not clean out viruses, but now when I try to email the address I was given for tech support, I am rejected as no such address. BEWARE! This is totally a scam. Please save your money.
