The week of December 23rd, 2007 the arm joint on a bench I purchased from Emily's furnature at 5905 W.Bell Rd Glendale, AZ came loose causing it to break where it was screwed into the back. After much research, I purchases a mattress from Pilgrim Furniture. Big mistake. The saleswoman never left me alone. She didn't show me any inexpensive mattresses and barely let my head turn in their direction. We purchased two chairs along with the Stain Safe warranty in April of 2007.We filed a claim and received a response from Stain Safe on Dec. 3, 2007 that the parts would be delivered in 8 to 12 weeks. When the order finally arrived, 9-3-09 the microwave was double boxed and there was no damage to the shipping carton. I had a leak under my kitchen sink. I felt stupid later that I did not check the washers before I called Pat the Plumber. There was a $60.00 charge to come to my home. I agreed to that. The service man came in and reached under the sink with his hand. He did not even need a tool. It took one minute at the most. He tightened the washer with his hand and then said the charge was $176.00 Travel fee and minimum one hour labor charge. He would not leave without me paying him. I live alone. Do not use factory Direct SPA Covers. I bought a cover from them in 2007 with a 10 year warranty and they will not return my emails. The cover has bubbled and is no longer the color gray, now it is brown and staining the deck and steps. I sent them pictures of the damage and have gotten no response. I have owned a GE Profile French door refridgerator for under 3 yearsand the circuit board fried on it yesterday for no apparent reason. This is just the topping on the cake as far as performance goes for this machine. Beware of ordering roofing metal thru Menards hardware. It comes dented, scratched, poor shipping. They tried to replace some of it, they reordered some of it five times, we never got the replacement. It took us over a year of trying to get them to settle this matter.
