A customer claimed to have never received a refund check. We stopped payment (Wells Fargo Check) but the check was cashed at a Nevada Walmart (superstore in Henderson). If Walmart/Certegy had checked with Wells Fargo, they would have quickly determined that a stop had been placed on the check. Hi, We had purchased a RO type of water filter from Eureka forbes in second week of April 2007. When the system was installed we were informed by the sales person that the system was Reverse Osmosis (RO) type. However the system installed was of type Nano Filter (NF). This is a warning to anyone who has purchased a washing machine from Sears. I have recently discovered that it is Sears policy to take away the shipping bolts that are fitted to washing machines. These are fitted to prevent internal damage during transport, but should actually be left with the customer as they need to be refitted if ever the machine needs to be moved (e.g. when moving house). On Tuesday, April 2, 2008, my mother and I attempted to purchase a Martha Stewart kitchen island. We had to wait for assistance since the store does not have enough sales people available. A representative came to my house and told me I would save on my gas bill. I recently recieved my bill from DTE energy and before, I was paying about 40.00 a monthly in gas and now I am paying 85-90.00 each month. DTE gas is at 1.005 and Universals is at 1.049, which is extremely high. I have bought a hp pavilion notebook. Within the gaurantee it faces a lot of problems like in its LCD, DVD drive, charger and battery too. I purchased an Asko dryer from Bray and Scarff in 2003 along with the extended service policy. In Janaury 2008 I called them to repair the dryer. I have a Maytag Neptune MAH4000AWW front loader and the washer quit spinning the clothes. When the cycle was over the clothes were still very wet. We got one of these Brewmasters and we really love it. The idea that you dont have to fool around with a glass carafe is nice. However, we have noticed that the coffee seems to taste plasticky..when the coffee brews, it sits in a plastic bucket until its dispensed. I do not know if thats the reason coffee tastes funny, or if it picks up the plastic taste from the container the water is poured in to...we use bagged coffee, so its not picking up taste from a plastic can...we are just so disappointed with this, as the coffee maker is really cool. 4th march 2008 I paid rupees 900 by check for a tata walky phone connection. To date (31st march 2008) I have not received the phone. We have a Kenmore Elite 3 door refrig purchased from the Great Indoors. It has been serviced 5 times ..3 times for the same reason..circuit board quits working..we loose the cooling in both the freezer and frig part. We have lost food 3 times. Hi, I purchased a Samsung Refrigerator from Best Buy in September 2006. In March 2006 and prior the freezer stop producing ice and the repairmen was called to fix the freezer but had to order the parts.
