The freezer door on our Trio Kenmore refrigerator fell off and the earliest appointment we could schedule either online or on the phone was not until 15 October (almost two weeks from now). What are we supposed to do until? What about our food? What about all the electricity we will be wasting (we still need to maintain the refrigerator portion of the unit active)? Damaged merchandise was delivered. Customer service agreed to take back the merchandise for a full credit, but on the day of the pickup, the store manager refused to give me a full credit. Called 800 number on appliance and was told basically that it did work. I have not been able to use at all and had to purchase a new one. I have it in original box and purchased at Lowes of Elizabethtown, Ky. I still would like this to work but it does not. I am having a Consumer No. 2349with the Muthumani Indane Gas Agency, R-sector, BHEL Township, Trichy-620014. I booked for Gas cylinder on 27.09.2007 .They are demanding to book for gas only after 21 days from delivery date and they take another 10 to 15 days for delivery.Ultimately they take around 25 -30 days per delivery. I have personally seen the delivery van distributing the same around the area. I have to borrow cylinder from my neighbor for use due to such delay. I have recently purchased an onida microwave oven, power convection 21 litres. As told to me by the person in charge, in the egg plate given to us, i broke the egg, put masala, covered it and put on 100 degree temp for 1 minute to cook. I bought a freezer from H.H. Gregg in July 2007. It was my first visit to an H.H. Gregg store and my first purchase from them, and will be my last. I purchased a new Calypso washer and dryer. After about two years I replaced the circuit board in the dryer. Last week the circuit board went out in the washing machine. The agency owners refused to book my gas so many times without "Ration Card" and the process of booking is very lengthy. Please dont buy from Aaron's Sales & Lease. I leased from them in 2002 at the Lancaster, S.C. store. Paid off three items. I have made it known to them every month I have two disable sons and I am at dr. or hospital alot.
