My cooking gas connection is with Indane from past 8 years. From last one and half year it is with M/S K.K. Gas Agency, Bangalore. My consumer number is 61865. Everytime I book for refill it takes 10-15 days is providing the gas cylinder. On top of it the irony is agency says there has to be gap of 21 days from last delivery. I don't know who made this rule but if you add average 10 days of time taken for delivery it adds up to 21 + 10 + 10 = 41 days. Is thsi the fair rule.. I have one of Hampton Bay's top dollar fans and I live in one of the up scale neighborhoods... My problem... I understand the fan works on a frequency and sometimes when I turn one fan on in the bedroom the one in the living room comes on or off depending on the setting of that fan, which I deal with by making sure the fan is turned off at the switch plate on the wall. My wife and I recently moved into a Condo in Maryland. We were shocked to receive our first energy bill of ~300 dollars for the first month. We have a king-sized bed which we bought from Select Comfort in 2004. It has recently started to lose air in one side. When I called the company they informed me that they had no repair service. We took delivery of a Stearns & Foster Bond Street King mattress and box springs December of 2005. It was sold to us by Finger Furniture Stores at their Sugar Land, Texas location. This mattress was recommended as the new top of the line set by the salesman. This model was an upgrade from the previous Stearns and Foster we purchased from Fingers that was extremely uncomfortable a short time after we bought it. Alamo Bedding will rip you off. They do not honor their contracts and if you try to get them to honor your contract, they will say you did not follow their guidelines. Their contracts are deceptive and contradict their policies. I have had some of my lawyer friends look at their contract, and all agree that it is confusing. I requested a change of electric provider on line. I read where there might be a $400 deposit so I called GEXA and asked if GEXA would inform me if there was a deposit required - the answer was, "Of course!". We purchased a GE labeled hot water heater from HomeDepot. Over a 30 day period, we had 10 days of hot water. GE sent a plumber out 3xs to replace parts several times. GE told me it was electrical. I hired an electrician who spoke with GE and said it was a bad hot water heater and the electric was working fine. HomeDepot said to return the hot water heater within 30 days for a refund. Our LG refrigerator model GR-B197WVS is a few months out of its warranty period. We cannot adjust the temperature settings for the Freezer and Refrigerator. Consequently the lowest shelf and the two crisper boxes cannot be used as their contents freeze. My issue as seen below is not only with the failure of the transmission on my 3.5 year old maytag but the lack of service provided by Maytag dependability plus and Metro Factory Service in Dover, NJ. I purchased a Bronco lawn tractor, joke, at Lowe's two years ago. I was wise enough to purchase the extended protection plan from Lowes. I have a Maytag washer and the warranty service sent out A&E. He was not qualified and couldn't even see which fuse in the box needed flipping -- I also had to come to the basement 2 times to reset the red/black button on the outlet as he couldn't figure it out. My complaint is against Hunter Douglas and the product, before it was improved, called Vertiglide. I was building a home in 2002 - 2003 and needed to get window treatments for the 18 windows to discourage vandalism while the interior finish was being completed. We have hired Thompson Landscape, P.O Box 941625, Plano, TX 75094 (972-424-5726) to perform lawn mowing service. They have mowed 7 weeks and so far, they have managed to run over a 15" oak tree and damage a new gutter by denting it with the lawn mower handle. Tom Long associates, Inc. Tom Long, the owner, began a concrete job which entailed that he repair my patio steps in the back of my residence. He assured me that the job which began in early December of 2006 would be completed before Christmas. I have taken Loan with Ge Money for Washing Machine. When I have signed the contract and issued the cheques then I cleared that Cheque Date should be after 07th of every Month. Because I will my EMI on the basis of my salary. Then showing the Irresponsibility by Ge Money they put a Cheque date of 04th of every Month.
