It was a late Thursday night and was just on the way home with my friend we ordered a pizza and i said i would pay extra as it was so late and it was close to closing. They agreed and said it would be 20 minutes to an hour. I gave them the correct telephone number and waited it never arrived. I joined North Buffalo Athletic Club for a year and was paying monthly for a membership. At the end of my membership I did not renew because of distance and the fact that they were not consistently open in the morning as the agreed upon (5:30am). I went to Wendys on my 30 minute lunch break to try to get a quick bite to eat. I was in the drive through for about 15 minutes before I get to the window to pay for my food. When I get there, I hand the lady my debit card, and she says that their debit card machine is not working. I tell her that I do not have any cash on me. So I can't get my food, and my lunch break is almost over, and I still have to go to another place and get something to eat, stand in line AGAIN, and then I was late getting back to work. My daughter is insured with Florida Healthy Kids / Vista and they are refusing to cover a surgical center and general anesthesia for a procedure she needs to have done and are giving me the run-around and sending me letters with Florida Statues as to why they are refusing.
