LTL shipment from California got lost in shipping, when it finally arrived it, Vision Express - Wrag time woould not let me inspect the product for damage. Back on September 3rd 2009. My daugher had her school pictures taken. She turned in the payment and proceeded with her pictures. The school gets the pictures back and my daughters pictures were not there. I spoke with her school and come to find out about 50% of the pictures never showed up. So I look on line and they never cashed the check and I have tried to get help with there customer service department with no luck. I recently purchases two packs of Marlboro Mediums, and became quite upset, and downright angry that they were the worst packs of cigarettes I've ever tasted. I have been a customer of the Sprint company for years. I was one of the firsts customers to buy the card to have access to the internet in a laptop. At that time the deal was 40MG (yes MEGAS) for near to $60 a month. They currently offer 5 Gigas for less than that monthly fee. I was charged $70 extra because I over passed my limit of megas. I phoned Telewest about 2 months ago to get a phone line installed. I then had to wait a few days to get the technician. I had to take a day off from work to be there, only to be told that he can't install the line because the phone line has to be connected to the line/cable underneath the road and that the road was too busy. Our business relocated to an address where AT & T could not provide service, thus we had to cancel our AT & T service and change to another carrier. The AT & T representative gave me a fax number and told me to send a letter explaining that AT&T service was not available at our new location and the termination fees would be waived.
