Rip off and Credit Card Abuse I bought a new car and got a 3 month free trial of XM radio. I liked on of the stations and called in after the 3 month to sign up for 1 year. While I was on hold I was asked if I want the promotion receiver. WOW. DO NOT USE this company. their dispatcher is so rude and mean and extremely verbally abusive. They gave me a quote for a 4 bedroom home, 4 bath..then showed up with a small truck and called to say that they will need another truck, 4 more men and also the packing, which we already did..would be $400 additional. That was just 4 one big mirror, 3 glass table tops and three TV's. I canceled them the same day. Bought a RC Helicopter here that had problems out-of-the-box. After several atempts to get it fixed, a statement by the owner that he would replace it if they needed to, and just short of a couple of hundred dollars in repairs because the thing had problems, I was told to "go to hell" and to "pick it up or it would be put out front and left there." Absolutely can't recommend this business to anyone. The owner is a piece of work. The manufacturer is going to make it good. But this retailer shouldn't be in business. read full review »

We were contacted by Mark Moeller for over 6 months in 2007. He was very persistent. We had already been scammed by another company for over 1k. He insisted we would get the money back if our timeshare did not sell in 3 months. We paid the $499.00. I have to agree with the people that make the statements of never getting paid. I have had 4 friends personally sign up for cards and they have already received them to use but I show NO commissions and this company has already deducted the monthly fee out of my paypal account. The sad thing is that I am trying very hard in giving them a chance to pay me. I've used this host for several websites. I used to have good service and no problems. I've since heard that they changed ownership. In the past 2 years I have had horrendous service with them. For example, I had a website that was set to expire on Nov. 14. I received notice of this on Nov. 12. On Nov. 13 I renewed the site, and a few days later it disappeared. Horrible customer service. Ordered 4 packs of DVD and a 6-pack of inkjet cartridges. When order arrived, received 1 black cartridge instead of my 6-pack of black & color. They did not respond to my email for days, and after several emails they have sent me a return form. They are not sending the items I should have received until they receive the item (one stinking inkjet cartridge) they sent incorrectly. A company should not make you pay for your mistakes, and this is the last time they'll have that opportunity. These guys are not listed on pricegrabber.com, they are listed on pricewatch.com, but pricewatch is lame in that it does not have any reseller ratings or reviews available. Their RMA procedure is TERRIBLE, it is NOT automated so you have to wait for a person to send you an email with an RMA number and instructions on where to ship the return. you must return items within 25 days of the ship date, it took me 4 days just to get an RMA number. Folks, This company is out of business as of August. I bought what I thought were 100 2x rated DVD-R discs from them. Well I actually got the merchandise from them (Some people have not been so lucky from what I read here)But they only record at 1x That's a huge time difference when you consider that it takes over an hour to write a 4.5GB disk at 1x. Amazing company. I have lost count of the number of times I have ordered from them, and every time has been the same wonderful experience. Their prices are very fair and they have a great selection of CDS and DVDS from Japan. The shipping may be considered a bit pricey, but it's worth it for excellent service. They always fulfill your order to your expectations. Even once they shipped a CD out that said 2-4 weeks nearly the next day. Horrible Customer service. I ordered a 340w Enlight case from them and was sent a 300w. I ordered a celeron 566 pre-overclocked to 850 with a powerleap neo S-370 adapter from cantek. After having to pick up the CPU from the UPS warehouse because i wasn't here to sign for it, the CPU did not work. I followed their installation instructions clearly and made several calls to their tech support. I returned the CPU for exchange and they claimed I damaged the CPU and would not issue a refund or exchange.
