(I just happened to run across an EPS on E-Bay and it brought back bad memories!) I purchased a EPS color Pentium-90 laptop in 1995. WOW - after lookin at a portion of the comments on this page, I feel like I made out like a bandit! 11/30/99 I ordered a 16MB Simm, a 32MB simm, & a 32MB DIMM. I should have looked at the reviews first. These guys are SCAMMERS. The TV I ordered online was listed as in stock. I called to check on the order several days later and they only had it if I upgraded to a "package" of needless and expensive extras. When I requested to speak to a manager I was disconnected. When I called back and got the same knucklehead on the phone he claimed to have sent me an email explaining the situation (not true) and was weel practiced at canceling orders. Run forrest RUN! This has to be one of the sorriest pc shops out there... I ordered a Soyo Dragon Plus and a 1800+ CPU from them. Two weeks later the motherboard came in and the CPU, FAN etc. did not. It's been three months now and still no CPU! They will NOT answer the phone, email or fax. This company has ripped me off and looks like they have ripped off many more, I guess I should have looked into their reports first. I sent back RAM for warranty exchange 1.5 months ago and they refuse to replace RAM, return calls, or answer phones. I hope no one else gets taken by this company. I filed complaints with the BBB and the Attorney generals office in Arizona and California. They will not respond to any of their calls. They know they are ripping off people yet they are still on the internet. The only way to get your money back is toi file small claims in court. I received the same routine about needing to buy all sorts of "extra" things that digital cameras usually come with (e.g. battery and charger), then received the camera in a badly damaged "factory-fresh" box and with a photocopied instruction manual. I ordered a copy of Gears of War 2 LE on 10/10/2008. The game was released on 11/7. On 11/11, their site said "Out of stock". When I called customer support, they said they ran out of stock. I asked how they ran out of stock without sending me one, when I preordered the item a month in advance, for which they had no answer. An email from proflowers.com indicates that my wife signed up for some sort of service during the checkout phase and that's what the charge is for. company billed for cleaning a clogged drain. Not only Company charged a huge amount for about 10 minutes work, $225.00, but they add $15.00 as an environmental fee. When the bus arrived, the driver got off and said he could not take any more luggage, he said he did not have room. Most paper towels work better than this product, heck an old t-shirt even works better than this product.
