I was on a site Tagged, similar to a My Space, when someone wanted to be friends. Once we were friends he got me to chat on yahoo, showed me naked webcam, turned it off and asked if I would help vote for him on Playboy model. I was directed to this page http://tinyurl.com/4r2fae and the he told me the credit card was just for age verification. Upon further reading, I discovered that my card would be charged after 3 days for access to Best Porn Library, XXX Video Vault ("BPL" and "XXXVV"), or both. It said I authorized my information to be shared. Very scary...I am glad something inside said don't do this. read full review »

Received quote from Moving onup on Nov 19, 2008 for 250 cubic feet for $955.00 at $3.82 per cubic foot. I agreed to the quote of $955.00, of which I measured the cubic and also at my storage unit, by 2 other people. They came on the 20th and due to the fact that I did not use all of my available cubic feet I added up to the 250 cubic of extras that I was going to dispose of. My mother lost her sister, mother, and brother all in the past six months. So to cheer my mom and Aunt up before Thanksgiving, I sent them flowers. I don't know why I decided to use a different webiste other than my usual 1-800flowers.com but I did. I got stiffed.

This company fraudently charged my credit card for renewal of my Norton security system. My Norton account was due to expire and i received an email from MYORD disguised as Norton offering me renewal service over the internet. It's a shame and Norton should also be held accountable since these people are offering renewal of services that Norton offers under their name and they are not affiliated with Norton. read full review »

Hi,
I went to melno park mall and bought Boss Hugo XX perfume at 51$ and I was browsing around in the mall and found the same Product at 43$. So i thought to return the product from the former store. When I went to return the produst the owner denied for taking the product back. And gave me the following reasons
1> He said he can offer me store credit
2> According to his store policy they dont refund.

James Cox, owner of Seven Design Studios refuses to pay on a Judgement awarded against him. This was for a software program that he never completed for a client. A Judge in Butte County Superior Court awarded his client over 5700 dollars to be paid by James, which he refuses to do. This was awarded over a year ago. Anyone who is considering hiring Mr Cox for any of his services should strongly reconsider. He has had numerous complaints against him. I ordered free business cards from vista print, and found charges from them the next month. I found that many others were caught in this same scam. Vista signs you up for a membership that is Free the first 30 days and if not cancelled they charge you 14.95 a month. I cancelled with them and now am being charged by a company called AP9SHOPPINGESSENTIAL another $14.95. I have never heard of this company but they like vista print are also out of connecticut. read full review »

I just noticed a charge from RN Superpass from Real on my credit card statement. I called the credit card company to see if they could provide additional information on the charge. They couldn't and the agent suggested that I search the web for contact information. I then noticed the 866 number on my statement. I was unable to get information initially. I wish I made $300 FOR 1/2HOUR OF WORK!!! Job was half done and had to call roto ripoff 4 times to not get hung up on or sent to closed depts! Just to speak to manager!!! I was guaranteed a refund from Legal CPU for a name change if my petition was rejected for any reason. It was rejected because the county where I live does not use the forms that Legal CPU sent. I called to ask for a refund. The guy I talked to yelled at me and was very rude. He said I would not get a refund. I persisted, and he told me to send the copies of the forms the county does use. I did this, and never heard from them. I contacted the California attorney general's office and Legal CPU never responded to them, either. Now I have to file a lawsuit. read full review »

T- Mobile is the worst cell phone company ever. My sister got a phone from T-Mobile it always freezes and does not work. This is the most unethical company I have ever known. They are an Information Technology company started by lawyers. They hire the least qualified people they can find and pay them as little as possible. They make these qualified employees sign a contract that says the company has the right to let them go at any time for any reason. We ordered flowers from Bloomex in Ottawa for our wedding last week. We ordered red gerberas and white roses. The flowers arrived the day before the wedding on Friday, and they were very well packed. We were able to unpack the beautiful flowers and arrange them for the wedding on saturday. We were very happy with the quality, firends and family made comments on the freshness and beauty of the flowers.

Delivered in the rain hence Media Dresser and Dresser back cardboard got wet.

I had to call them on 10/30/2008 to complain about the same.
They sent a service specialist with wrong information (cardboard is loose!).

While on a recent trip to Mexico we made a 2 to 3 minute phone call to our son in law, using our credit card, from the hotel lobby. The call was to advise him of our room number in the event of an emergency. The hotel was Villa Del Palmar in Puerto Vallarta. The flowers when they arrived had a couple of broken lilies, my daughter said they were beautiful except for the broken stems. i called Bloomex and told the customer service rep about this, my hopes were that the courier company would take more pride in the packages they deliver.
