ATT - changed my plan without any communications and when I cancelled all services with ATT they argued that I would have to pay for a phone that wasn't working and that the minutes were used Here is the bizarre part of the whole incident. While on the tele with the ATT representative on 3 occaisions we called the cell to see if anyone answered the cell. I had the cell in my hand and it never rang nor did anyone answer the cell. I have never been so disgusted with a cell service. Bad quality, bad experience, bad prices. I have to say there is nothing positive about my experience. Expensive business cards that were poorly done, they look about like that I could have run off a printer at my office. I am beside myself this place lists printing as one of their services. This is actually a shipping store with a deceptive 2nd business name to lure in customers who wrongly think it's a full service print shop. I hired Hoekstra to fix the sign of my business in April this year. The name of my business is The Beaty Supply Outlet. He didn't provide me an estimate and charged me $1716.75 after the job was done on Apri 21 to replace the light for just the word "Supply" of the sign. This lady needs to be stopped she designs auction templates but takes the images from photo bucket and any other source from the internet she often use's Anne Geddes images for her designs. Bought traffic package from him and he said that my site was getting traffic but I couldn't tell. Meanwhile, I noticed some changes that needed to be made to my account one of which was my url needed to be changed. So I did that and my account was switched to disabled mode. I purchased a new introduced vending machine called Snack Tower. They were brand new to the market. I have had nothing but problems with them since I in stalled them on Feb, 2, 2007. I keep my stainless steel pots & pans hanging across my breakfast bar. I paide $500.00 for them 6 years ago when we moved into my new house. Now I'm being told that after the 6 years I have to go to the maufacturer to get my warrenty taken care of. I have a lifetime warrenty & yet 2 handles to 2 of my frying pans have fallen off.
