Primus were unclear in charging. Absolutely hopeless technically. Trying to set up at home with Vista was nearly impossible. By the end, I knew all help line staff by name. They'd had me downloading, installing, uninstalling. Finally after MONTHS, they conceded the problems were with their server. E.mail was also useless. After weeks of trying to set up with their help, their server crashed catastrophically, and all info was lost. Price fluctuates monthly and inexplicably. The service I received is poor, it's hard to get a response to queries. Response to emails is hard, I had no response for weeks, only then when I suggested that I was going to complain to OFCOM even then it didn't provide any answers, I found it was very impersonal. I do not recommend breathe.com provider. Also, just remember that if you wish to cancel your account from them, and you are told to ring the 60p a minute phone line, rather than cancel online, DON'T! There is nothing in the contract saying that you have to pay to leave them, which is what you are doing by being forced to ring their extortionate phone line. WWIL/ZeeNext broadband is worst broadband provider I have personally so far experienced. The download speeds never go above 8kbps for 64kbps connection, and 35kbps for a 256kbps connection. I envy my friends who have BSNL broadband and have download speeds of at least 200 kbps. I warn ZeeNext that if they continue like this, I will leave. Before it used to be that when the phone on the other line rings, yahoo does not charge as long as no one picks up the call and as long as you are able to cancel the call within 60 seconds. UPS is very inconistent with its drop off policy. My shipper specific allowed for package to be left with signature. Which I signed for, but the driver refuses to leave package. It is completely indiscriminate wether they leave it or not. FedEx always leave, and is much much better service. I can't believe I am saying this but so is USPS. We had our wedding photos done by RedLine (formerly Blur photography) and you really do get what you pay for. It may be the "best priced" but the quality is horrible. Do not be fooled by the gallery that is displayed on the website. The lighting is off, the assistants were un-educated, and the main photographer seemed to be taking un-necessary photos. We hardly had any good photos from the proofs to choose from. There's a good reason why it was called Blur Photography. There is also poor service when trying to communicate with the company. This company has a Better Business Bureau rating of F for good reason. Like many others in this area we did not do our homework before signing up and paying for a full year of service. There were problems from the outset (poor, sloppy installation) and service that degraded to the point that it was less than dial up. This does not work like satellite, it is more of a wi-fi system.
