On March 20 2008 Atlantic Container Lines was contracted to ship a CAT D7 Bulldozer. The vessel was to leave April 28, 2008 to arrive May 13, 2008 were it was contracted to a client of my small import & export business i am doing. After depositing 5300 of the charged 13, 121 that was being charged for the Earth mover. On the date of March 28, 2008 the bulldozer was dropped off. And till date it is still at the port. WORST experience ever! Grossly overpriced, worst customer service known to mankind. Appalling unproffessionalism, ridiculous rates, and poor service. Re phone call 06.06 08 unsolicited call from tele sales offering free evening and weekend calls. I said that I was interested and then they said that they would send out a letter to me. Next I knew I was sent a contract for a year which as I knew I was moving from Soton. I ordered flowers through Pro Flowers and at the end of the order form you could input your e-mail for a 30 day free trial for discount on services. I did so and when I didn't call back to cancel, they automatically billed my credit card for monthly charges of $14.95/month. I think that this is a very sneaky way for a company to make money and I will certainly think twice about using Pro Flowers again. read full review »

I was using Nochex and they made me upgrade my account to a merchant one, for which I had to pay GBP50 for the privilege, a week into having this account, I had over 3k funds in the account and they blocked my account for no reason and wouldn’t let me withdraw my funds for over a month, all the time earning interest on my money! We contacted 22hourprint.com for a printing job on April 15, 2008. We needed to print 1, 000 color mailers - each mailer consisting 3 sheets, printed on both sides. They took the order and printed the mailers. When we received them on April 21, 2008, we were extremely disappointed by the poor print quality. Most of the pages had faded print and colors in many places. Words, pictures and graphs were quite faded and unprofessional. I was a lease driver for C R England, been with the company two months. As soon as my application comes through on the current company I applied for, they can have their truck back... I have just received the worst customer service I have ever experienced from any company. I had a TV delivered from QVC by FSP. FSP could only deliver the TV to my house when I was not going to be home and I live alone. I asked the representative (Virginia) if there was any way I could pick the television up and she gave an address that was 80 miles away from my house. AAA Mid-Atlantic uses M&M roadside service which towed my vehicle on July 5, 2007. The alleged damage was in fact caused by M&M Roadside Service due to the fact that the vehicle was being pulled up at the incorrect angle to the road surface and the center part of the bumper got stuck hitting the ground causing the bumper to rip near the exhaust hole. Shipment out of Appleton, WI. shipped on 6/24/08, arrived at DHL facility in Shreveport, LA on 6/25/08. Tracking info states that package was delivered to the door at 2:17 P.M. that day. There were two competent adults at the address all day that day. No one came up on the front porch that day. No one knocked on the door. Had a delivery been made, the occupants would have seen the delivery person through the glass storm door. From what I can see from other complainants, there seems to be a theme with DHL--say it was delivered, make it go away and go home: the customer be damned. read full review »

CenturyTel sent me the wrong router-modem. I was unable to hook computer up to their Internet service.Returned router-modem and own expense as they never sent me a return shipping label. Their advertised price for first year internet service was $14.95 a month, but told me $22.95, and f after first year I decided to keep service it was $33.00 and a two year contract in effect after introductory period over with $200 contract termination fee. They now claim I owe them the $200 contract fee when I never even hooked computer up because they sent the wrong product to start with. They're assholes! read full review »

NEVER EVER USE SCOTT AIR! Subcontracted by builder, installed faulty equipment, called out 4 times in less than a year, tried to sell extended warranty when original was still in effect. Regarding B&A Power Washing Inc, located in Maryland and Virginia (and Missouri, too, but we didn't deal with them). We scheduled for powerwashing and window cleaning for Friday 5/2/08 between 8am-Noon. On Friday, 5/2/08, nobody from B&A called and nobody showed up. I wish I could post a picture of the bananas in green bags compared to those not put in them. The ones in the green bag spoiled even faster. What a rip!!! I purchased party supplies and was charged 3 times for an item when I only bought one item. When I checked the receipt I told the cashier and she laughed and said you have no way to prove that. They also do not let you return unpackaged items even if they sell it unpackaged. The items have tags and are clearly not used. I received a lot of stories and lies from confused workers about why I have not received them yet but it was because of incompetence of the workers at this site and their lack of good communications. I ordered them on 6/20/08 and still have no lenses or my money refunded as asked. I requested a refund and heard nothing back from them. I was called a few days ago and I told these people I didn't want anything, I had been scammed before on these type of deals, they were offering a free gas card and a forty dollar gift card. I was told there were no catches and that this was something they were doing because of all the customers that have been scammed before . I told them I didn't want them to charge nothing to my account and they reassured me that nothing was charged. I have recieved a letter now telling me to cancel within 10 days, I have tried calling 1-800-591-6383 ...no answer, imagine that !!! The company rep could not explain the delay. My dog has been very uncomfortable so I wanted to cancel the order and buy the products from another source. What began as a simple service call, subsequently turned into a merry go round that was completely unnecessary. Fosters was out sourced to our residence to find out why our GE Monogram refrigerator was not cooling by Fidelity National Home Warranty. Basically, they started to not return phone calls and ordered unnecessary parts based on a completely inaccurate assessment from their technician. In the meantime, we went without a refrigerator for about 2 weeks in the heat of the summer. Misleading information on the product. Website says 4 megapixel still resoution and 5.1 channel audiou format. Actually the still resolution is 0.34 megapixel (340K pixels) and the audio format is Dolby Digital 2 channel. When requested for return, I am asked to pay the return shipping. I have to pay the item shipment for the product that actually has no such features and also the return shipment. We got ripped off; they didn't teach us how to tow the RV, or how to use all of the accessories. They did not service the RV battery and it killed our truck battery. Terrible experience. Stay away from these guys. I cancelled the order before I even received it and I have been trying for two weeks to get my refund. I was told a refund was issued on Jun30th (7 days ago) but checking with my cc card, nothing has been refunded. So, I called, sent email, contacted them via website and have received no response from them. I wish I was smart enough to check this and similar sites before I placed my order with them.
