Worst customer service I have ever experience. From dealing with an incompetent service person to a very rude customer services manager. I do not think in today market, that one should have to wait 4-6 weeks to have something as simple as a washing machine repaired. I bought a power washer from Canadian tire last year, used it once last year, stored it in a heated shop and went to use it this year and the wand had a bad leak. I thought I could fix it and took the wand apart to fix, there was as far as I could see no reason for it to leak, except it was from tire. Yellowpages contacts me to set up an online ad. I listen to Marc Segan's sales pitch and tell him forget the 12 month contract. He also lowered the monthly charges from $3000 a month down to $100 during all the "no's" that I gave him. I ordered photos online to be printed and picked up in the Naugatuck, CT CVS. While they were ready on time, half of them were cropped VERY poorly--to the point where it ruined the picture. I purchased a microdermabrasion machine for $6, 000.00. I was never advised how much my specific interest rate was however, when I asked a paralegal friend of mine to review the contract she said that my payments for 60 months for $6K were almost as much as her $10K 60 month Kia contract and her interest rate was 17 percent due to her credit so she thought I must really be getting ripped off. The product was advertised in paper of AARP in April of a Security ID Case. The check was sent and cashed 5/7/08. AARP took no responsibility for this ad. On June 11/08 I went to pick up my silk suit that I had only worn once, from Metro dry cleaners. On the jacket I noticed that the buttons were undone and the collar was pressed straight up, this was odd to me, so I inspected the pants.
