I ordered flowers through ProFlowers to be delivered that evening with a shipping charge of about 20.00. I get a call the next day saying the flowers were never delivered; they would send a letter apologizing along with an upgrade. The next day I call to try to get a refund for the same day shipping I paid for. I found the flowers were never delivered because the florist needs gas money? They told me they would give me 10 percent back? Horrible Service- This was for a women who just lost her husband; so sad. I warn anyone who needs flowers to actually arrive! Mr. Rubino does not respond to requests for service once he has your money. Paperwork advertises Lifetime warranty on materials and 5 years on labor. Do not believe this. Extremely poor workmanship and once he has all of your money, and you need service on the product he intalled, forget it, he will not call you back. I got a Vonage phone in 2/2008. I was not told that it would be a monthly trial period. I thought that if you signed up it was just like any other phone. Well I had lots of problems with the service. No one could ever hear me. The service was so choppy and I was trying to work from home. In May, I switched to my cable company for a phone. Vonage charged me $114.89 for my last month bill. Contracted for Gutters for Less to remove downs puts and gutters. They came charged me 1/3 and only removed gutters. They left the downspouts as well as pieces of metal in the yard. In the first month of having a new phone number, Zoom-i-Net hit me with 4 fraudulent charges for a long-distance service I did not order. I bought a $32 replacement key for my F150 truck at Tom Wood Ford. Approximately 18 months later the top of the plastic key broke, preventing me from keeping it on my key ring. I took it to Tom Wood Ford, acknowledged it is a petty little thing, expecting a replacement key. I was told I could have one for $32 since this one is out of warranty. This company installed an A/C air handler unit at my home in the spring of 2007, and charged me $2, 700. Less than six months later, the unit was not working again. I called Locke's and reported the problem and was told that they would have one of the owner's come to my home and perform a dye test to find the leak in my A/C unit. This morning, I dropped off my Mazda B3000 at Monro store 192 for oil, lube and filter change, brake inspection and tire rotation. They were sent out by American Home Shield to look at my air conditioning unit because it was blowing hot air. I told the tech the first trip out that we think there was probably a leak instead he just charged it up and told us that AHS doesn't operate like that. Last month was a setup fee, and now, even after contacting them to cancel the service on our line, we have been billed again (their $ 8.23 monthly fee). WHAT is to be done? We tried to get warranty work done on our RV and had to travel 250 miles. we had an appointment and travelled from up north for the appointment they said they couldn't fix it that day and they had it for 10 days. When they said they were finished with it, they told us to pick it up that day, or they would charge us $35.00 a day until we picked it up we live 250 miles away, so we didn't get back down there until the next day.
